No review can fully encompass just how exceptional MasterTech is! Not only is their customer service wonderful, but the quality work they produce every time is unmatched. As a young, female, college student, it can be very intimidating to have your car worked on. However, MasterTech makes it easy and most of all they’re trustworthy. I have literally saved thousands of dollars because they put the time and effort into finding good deals on parts. I will not take my car anywhere else…ever! MasterTech got me in on short notice when I sheered a bolt off in the frame of my son’s wrangler. They drilled it out, retapped it and installed the running board in a couple of hours. Great service, and appreciate them squeezing us in!

They got my repair done quickly and for a decent price but they broke the driver seat adjustment panel off and wouldn’t fix it without my paying more. Follow up: Two days after this was posted, the owner of Master tech reached out to me to ask about the issue. We had a quick discussion and then I came in and had it looked at. Master Tech said that they weren’t sure if it had broken off while it was there but that they were going to replace it for free just in case. I was super impressed with how quickly they helped to solve the problem. With how honest and ready to help they are at Master Tech, I will make sure that all the repairs I need done are handled there. Service: General repairs & maintenance

The team squeezed in my daughters old vehicle to examine some recent fender damage while she was in town from school. Car not worth the body work. Not only did they repair the fog light that we took it in for but they secured all loose spots and did such a great job keeping her safe! They are great guys and do a awesome job with competitive pricing and have been going there for 10 years.

Disappointed is the only word I can use to describe my experience. Sent my daughter to have a muffler and resonator pipe replaced on her car. Charged me $475.96 for a cheap muffler made in Taiwan and $109.96 for a resonator pipe. I found a Walker muffler for $177 at Rock Auto and a resonator for $47. I don't mind a little markup to make a reasonable profit, but this is obscene. Too bad they feel the need to pad their prices so much. I was going to use them more frequently since they were close and seemed reputable, but not now. Followup: Yes, I did approve the work to be done over the phone. I assumed the charges would be high due to a complicated installation. It wasn't. Markup on components was more than 100%. I was also charged for a rear windshield wiper that neither myself nor my daughter authorized ($20). Yes, I could have contacted you, but I am too busy to bother chasing down a business owner for failing to do the right thing in the first place. You don't understand business very well if you believe that you have to charge exorbitant markups to stay in business. I will always pay more for great customer service at a small business if I am charged a REASONABLE price. That's why I am taking my business back to Roy's Automotive. It is out of my way, but at least I have never been gouged by them.
