I work with special needs adults and they look forward to there Friday ritual. Logan is always friendly and suggests different pizzas for them to try.

Good pizza to share with family. But very skimpy on all toppings. Kid-friendliness: They make small kids pizza to take home to bake.

Actually this time wasn't so good. Normally we love getting pizza here but this time the dough/crust didn't rise & was a grayish color, maybe a day or 2 old, not fresh dough made that day is all I can think is what happened. Of course also on a day we got 3 pizzas bc we had company over that wanted to try it for the 1st time too. The cheesy bread was great though.

Have maybe four or five slices of pepperoni and a calzone and hardly any cheese I will never go back two calzones empty and one was right out of three

Literally just canceled my order and walked out after I watched one of the guys making pizzas put his gloves hand down the back of his pants and scratch, or whatever he was doing, and then proceed making a pizza with the same dirty gloves. It's a no for me

I ordered on line asap. Got there hadn't even started my order. So I walked across to a store bought a few things. Came back the two people that had walked in behind me got there's before mine was started. No mask for the guy making the pizza.

Unless you have a fancy oven don't even order. You're probably gonna get the same or a better pizza from any Walmart or place that sells frozen pizza. Cmon why pay so much for a pizza that isn't even baked, isn't the quality of a pizza supposed to correlate to the quality of the oven. They're a ripoff, order from a place that has a brick oven, or at least a better oven that you have at home, otherwise save a buck and go to Walmart, you're not gonna be able to taste the difference but it will look different in your wallet.

It has been a while since I have been here. There prices have almost doubled. It is no longer a great alternative to baked delivered pizza. Now it is just okay, and you still have to bake it yourself. The online ordering was fine and it was ready when I picked it up.

Nearly every time I come here, there's a totally different staff, and 9 times out of 10, the wait here is longer than what they initially project. This was was no different. I gladly waited outside for my order a few minutes more than I was told when I had called it in. The cashier, who I believe was the same woman who took my call, was very courteous both times I dealt with her. My issue was with the young man who was making the pizzas. When I went back in to pick up my pizza, I overheard him saying to another employee that HE was the manager and that that employee should relay that to customers (evidently there was an irate customer who either called or came in before me and they had to deal with that issue). He was working on another order as I waited for him to finish it so he could acknowledge me. It never happened. He proceeded to work on another order when I decided to get his attention. He responded as if I was bothering him, he handed me my pizza with an attitude, and I left. If you're working a customer service job, there's no need for this type of response; if you're being rushed with orders, then you should still be able to be pleasant; and if you're a manager, this is not the way to represent your company. I don't know if he is a manager, like I said, I overheard his conversation and it was at the very end, but he should be the FIRST to acknowledge any customer! Anything less is unacceptable. I hope he realizes his mistake, and handles his next customer with a little more professionalism.

I’ve had generally good experiences here, and have been using this location since they opened, some 10 years ago. The food is always good, and the amount of time spent waiting is usually minimal. The store is always kept very clean and neat, and the side items are typically well-stocked. They seem to have gotten a little slow recently, but that could easily be just a one-off. I’ll certainly continue coming here.
