Done with this papa johns location. Been going here for a year and half and half of the time ordering here at night you get an enormous crust proportion pizza. Might as well call it Papa Crust.

We received a pizza that had next to no toppings. It was thrown together and was ice cold. We call to ask what can be done and the manager told us we could get a credit for our next order. We wanted a refund or a replacement. He was so rude. I told him I wanted a refund. He got a horrible attitude and said he wanted his pizza back then. He wants to send a driver out in the snow to come get this pizza. Like sure come get "your pizza" its not edible. I just can't believe this qualifies as pizza or customer service.

When the delivery driver showed up, I was filling out the receipt to give my driver a tip. My daughter came to the door excited to get her pizza. As I was exchanging the receipt and the pizza with the delivery driver, the driver yelled at my daughter telling her to back up and pointing her finger. When I called the restaurant to complain, the manager said that drivers are not allowed to deliver pizza to children. I told the manager that the he was not delivering the pizza to a child he was delivering to me and my child was picking up the pizza. We ALWAYS Get our pizza from this place. We will not be going back.

So disappointed with my order! Tonight I ordered an all pepperoni half halapeno. And I got all jalapeño the other pizza was oddly cut. So disappointed with mu order tonight. I usually do not have a problem. Not sure what happened today.

Papa johns pizza is great. Ordered Delivery from this Papa Johns not so great. Do not order condiments or extra sauce, you will be stiffed. You be lucky if you get the sauce the sides or sandwich come with. The food is only half as good as a normal Papa Johns. So avoid this branch.

I've had papajohn's pizza since i was young, and was a frequent customer at the liberty location before moving closer to gladstone and now this is the closest one. My impression with first pizza purchase from this location was a disappointment. I always ordered large size for years so i know what to expect, but the large pizza from this place felt more like between medium and large, you could definitely tell the difference between Liberty location and this one. To make it worse, they never spread sauce/cheese/topping wide enough and end up making pizza with HUGE crust. Yes i love their garlic sauce and dipping crust into it but i don't enjoy having noticeably large portion of the pizza slice being crust. i see a lot of negative reviews about delivery but i never had it delivered since i live close enough to just pickup. it's a papajohns pizza after all, using same ingredient, similar flavor and all but definitely can tell this place makes worse pizza than the other location. I will still order from this place but not happy compared to other location.

I will never order from papa johns again....! First I couldn’t order online for whatever reason, so I had to call in the order the gentleman that took the order was in a hurry to get me off the phone. An hour and 30 minutes later I call to ask about my order to be told “it should be there in time”. Well a papa John’s car drove by twice and then came back by 10 mins later. Our food was lukewarm at best. So so disappointing.

Don't order garlic knots here this is the 3rd time ive ordered here and they came out hard and burnt looking. We also waited for 45 minutes for these terrible garlic knots and a pizza when the pappa johns is only 5 minutes away.

If I could give it zero stars, than I would. After waiting an hour we received 2 pizza's that were burnt. After waiting 40 minites for 2 more pizza's they showed up burnt as well. I will never order from here again!!!!!!
