Best pizza restaurant in Kansas City, Missouri (MO) 2024

Little bit us a very picky eater and picture of him and the pizza turned out perfect I think my son's really really going to like it they're super friendly pretty good prices for this area ~amanda

We received a pizza that had next to no toppings. It was thrown together and was ice cold. We call to ask what can be done and the manager told us we could get a credit for our next order. We wanted a refund or a replacement. He was so rude. I told him I wanted a refund. He got a horrible attitude and said he wanted his pizza back then. He wants to send a driver out in the snow to come get this pizza. Like sure come get "your pizza" its not edible. I just can't believe this qualifies as pizza or customer service. ~Lawton

Actually this time wasn't so good. Normally we love getting pizza here but this time the dough/crust didn't rise & was a grayish color, maybe a day or 2 old, not fresh dough made that day is all I can think is what happened. Of course also on a day we got 3 pizzas bc we had company over that wanted to try it for the 1st time too. The cheesy bread was great though. ~JAIMIE
