So I just go to this place to make my hair shorter not for any sort of styling or anything. She put some product in my hair without asking I guess I don't really mind I can just go wash it out. But what makes this place worse than it was like 2 years ago when I last came here is that it's under new management and they play this weird Christian music. I felt very on edge the whole time like every minute was some form of praise Jesus. Very strange for a hair salon and I don't think I'll be back.

I go to Carol anytime I need my hair cut or I need a trim or a style! She does amazing work and is so nice and friendly! She is the only one I trust to cut my hair!

Great clips is what it is. An affordable haircut. Not the best haircut in the world but good enough for $15. The people at this location are nice and friendly so that is good. I mean. What more do you say. It is great clips.

My son was dropped off and I asked the front desk when he was done could you let him call me so I can pick him up. My son came home crying because they won’t let him use the phone and he felt unsafe. We live close to the business and he was walking home and crying a lot. He was sacred about the streets and cars because he is only 11. This store has horrible quality and staff is very rude. The staff also lied about telling my son he could use the phone. Service: Hairstyling

Usually after a cut, I would get home and had to make adjust, but not this time. Lizabeth cut my hair and was perfect! She took her time and we chatted during that time. She added the personal touch by taking her time and making sure that the cut and style was perfect. My new go to Great Clips over the other location because of her.
