We just picked up two large photos that Kimberly framed for us and they look SPECTACULAR! The work quality is EXCELLENT and the service was above and beyond our expectations. We live off island and had a very tight timeline for shipping the photos, having them matted and framed and picking them up before leaving Kauai. Kimberly made sure to coordinate the framing so that we got to enjoy our new art before heading back to the mainland. We can't say thank you enough for your "can do" spirit and your beautiful work. Absolutely the BEST part of our trip .. Captain Don is freaking awesome and fun to be around. My son and I chartered the entire boat for 4 hours and had the time of our lives. Thank you so much for showing us the ocean, teaching us about the fish and wildlife, and for the clown we found in Walmart 🤣🤣🤣 ~Stu

We probably haven't explored every furniture store on the island, but this one is the best so far - and by far! Prices are not cheap, but there are unique and fun options. ~John

Their phone demeanor comes across as if I am irritating them, though I was asking very simple questions about my delivery. Several times I was hung up on, and I have seen other posts about this so apparently they must just hang up on people sometimes. My unexpected delivery was made without any notice on a date I was at work so when I called to reschedule, I was told it would be the next day during a window between 11 and 2pm. I called them that day a little before 2 PM (having been waiting around all day) to check on the status and they were irritated with me for asking about the status and hung up on me. When I called back and pressed, they tracked down the delivery guy .. he was 45 minutes away from my house (at 1:45pm)!!!! I was told he “might” be able to make it to me by THREE .. “maybe.” Please note that this gentleman received that call from his office and hustled himself to my place. He arrived before 3 PM and was not the initial delivery man I mention below. This guy was really sweet and I give him two thumbs up. When the first delivery guy, Kurt, initially was trying to make the unannounced delivery a few days earlier and called me at work to see where I was, he told me my dog bit him, which shocked and horrified me... and then he told me “just kidding.” Super unprofessional on all fronts. These folks need some customer service training, and to learn how to use their phones without hanging up on people (if that’s not intentional). Service: Vehicle transport ~Mindy

This is a great hobby shop! If you're into hobbies and you're visiting the island this place is worth checking out! there are items crammed into every square into the store. It's one of those places where you have to go in and continue to wander around the store several times because you'll miss something on the first go-round. ~Jon

Went into Spectrum in Lihue and Worked with Doug! He went above and beyond in every way! He saved me money, printed out documents for me to use for proof of residency, he gave detailed explanation of how to set up the internet! I can not say enough about the amazing service that Doug provided! He was and is an amazing person that truly made my day with such amazing service! I can not thank him enough! ~Brian

I recommend checking this gift shop out. They have many souvenirs you can get at other shops plus they have snacks and beverages so you don't have to leave the hotel to get them. ~Katie
