Great internet, but the wait times at the store are insane! I was there almost 2 hours, in order to get what I needed in less than 2 min. They helped me easily and it all worked out fantastic. (excluding the wait time)

Well everytime this place is so slow. Been here 30 min still working w same 2 customers. At this rate they can do 4 per hour. And no service in building so cant get anything done. Spectrum is by far the worst provider ever

Went into Spectrum in Lihue and Worked with Doug! He went above and beyond in every way! He saved me money, printed out documents for me to use for proof of residency, he gave detailed explanation of how to set up the internet! I can not say enough about the amazing service that Doug provided! He was and is an amazing person that truly made my day with such amazing service! I can not thank him enough!

Don't trust this company. I got sent to creditors over two years after closing account with a bill for unreturned equipment. After many annoying phone calls the bill got dropped. Keep your return receipts. They told me this happens alot cause the desk people don't put it in properly.

Unbelievably unreliable “fast internet”. Had a worker come and set up his ladder to look like he was doing something on the pole. Guys came down and WORSE INTERNET. Told me service crews will respond within at least 24 hours. Been a week. Unreal.

The people who work here are... not all there. Don’t get me wrong, the service is great, but the people at the desks are not very informed about their products. Paula has no idea what she was doing and kept asking us the same questions over and over and it felt like we were being treated like a nuisance, we were there to pick up the cable box package and nothing more. The whole order should have taken all but five minutes took about twenty and felt dragged out intentionally. Unfortunately, due to this being a small island, our options are very limited so I guess we have to settle for this.
