Very rude and unhelpful when determining delivery times. A 14 hour window is rediculous.

They are the delivery for Home Depot. I was worried about a refrigerator delivery because they had to bring it upstairs and turn 90° on landing to get to the kitchen. They simply came in, measured the stairway, put it on a dolly and then carried it in. They made it look easy. Called before coming and answered the phone when I called back. Their phone demeanor comes across as if I am irritating them, though I was asking very simple questions about my delivery. Several times I was hung up on, and I have seen other posts about this so apparently they must just hang up on people sometimes. My unexpected delivery was made without any notice on a date I was at work so when I called to reschedule, I was told it would be the next day during a window between 11 and 2pm. I called them that day a little before 2 PM (having been waiting around all day) to check on the status and they were irritated with me for asking about the status and hung up on me. When I called back and pressed, they tracked down the delivery guy .. he was 45 minutes away from my house (at 1:45pm)!!!! I was told he “might” be able to make it to me by THREE .. “maybe.” Please note that this gentleman received that call from his office and hustled himself to my place. He arrived before 3 PM and was not the initial delivery man I mention below. This guy was really sweet and I give him two thumbs up. When the first delivery guy, Kurt, initially was trying to make the unannounced delivery a few days earlier and called me at work to see where I was, he told me my dog bit him, which shocked and horrified me... and then he told me “just kidding.” Super unprofessional on all fronts. These folks need some customer service training, and to learn how to use their phones without hanging up on people (if that’s not intentional). Service: Vehicle transport

They are contracted with Home Depot to deliver appliances. As a customer we are told to be available between 8am-8pm. The delivery called and when I picked up he hung up on me. I immediately called him back, and kept calling him back, and he never returned any of calls. I also texted him and no response. So far this organization is batting a big ZERO with me. No call backs, no apologises andof course no delivery. And yes either my son or my self were at the house during those 12 hours. I'd like to see Kauai Home Depot loose these guys as their delivery company.

Very bad service. Scheduled and confirmed for a delivery. Driver did not show up all day. By the time we called to locate our driver with our shipment, they were closed. We did not get any courtesy call... NOTHING. So we had to follow-up the next day to get our shipment. Anyway, big thanks to Royal Hawaiian Movers and Kauai Freight Services. They were much more accommodating even on such short notice.
