I just wanted to let you know the wonderful experience I had at the East Street, Indianapolis, IN store (764070) this week. I arrived very pregnant with my toddler in tow needing an apartment bundle of moving boxes. I did not think to place my order ahead for pick up which was silly when I realized the bundles are not “bundled” in store. Brianna and Callie proceeded to help me place my online order, collected all of my items and loaded them in to my car for me. Seeing I had my hands full they went above and beyond to help me and ensure I had an excellent experience. It’s rare to encounter such kindness these days and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate hated their help! ~Carrie

Had to go to this place for one day seminar and aftet that took two hours exam serve safe managers certificate.Very informative intensive course . Any one being in resturant or in store food service needs to do this . Liz our instructor for the day covered the book .is a grt cheff and she did a grt job . I was happy when i found out 5 days after the exam , that i manged to pass . I was happy . ~tarlok

I went there today and only the drive thru was open— makes it difficult to access safety deposit box. Maybe I should make an appointment??This used to be a good branch to do business with, but they appear to have lost their experienced help. ~TODD

Good thing I did not place my direct deposit in the regions account they are so unprofessional. It is taking forever to get my banking card and the bank reps are telling me to go over indiana to get a banking card of different branches smh. I will not be using regions for my direct deposit at all ~Gabrielle

ATM will eat your deposit. They'll give you a provisional credit for a month then demand you pay it back when they all of a sudden couldn't find your cash anymore. Employees at this location will pass all blame to the dispute center, the dispute center will then pass it along to the investigation team and you'll never get any real answers. Save yourself and go to Chase. ~ashley

I have a full leg amputee, with a prosthetic leg. The instructions that I have in my curbside order are for specific reasons. Mainly, for when I pull into my carport back at my complex, it makes it easier to get them out, if they are behind the driver seat on that side. He literally opened the door to the passenger side, popped the bags in the backseat, and shut the door. I’m not even sure he said thank you. But I did not get a chance to correct him and have him move the bags. This is not the normal interaction or service I get at the Nora store. They have some fantastic employees there that are always helpful and friendly. Maybe this was just a one off. ~Greg

In general, this store is usually pretty quiet. Their stock is lacking from time to time, but they're usually ahead of other stores in the area when it comes to newer items and current stock. ~Hunter
