Every time I have got gas here it's watered down or something because it makes my car run rough only when I get gas here..... besides that make sure you really watch when they ring you up because they try to add on extra items or short you on your change ALWAYS!! Imagine how much that adds up to each day doing that to every single customer they have! ~Jc

I went there today and only the drive thru was open— makes it difficult to access safety deposit box. Maybe I should make an appointment??This used to be a good branch to do business with, but they appear to have lost their experienced help. ~TODD

Good thing I did not place my direct deposit in the regions account they are so unprofessional. It is taking forever to get my banking card and the bank reps are telling me to go over indiana to get a banking card of different branches smh. I will not be using regions for my direct deposit at all ~Gabrielle

ATM will eat your deposit. They'll give you a provisional credit for a month then demand you pay it back when they all of a sudden couldn't find your cash anymore. Employees at this location will pass all blame to the dispute center, the dispute center will then pass it along to the investigation team and you'll never get any real answers. Save yourself and go to Chase. ~ashley
