I've shopped here many, many times; and if I can't always find the exact item I'm looking for at a cheap price, then they usually have a version of the item that's overpriced; or something that at least kinda functions like what I really wanted. The problem with this Dollar General seems to be chronic understaffing, particularly in organized stocking of items onto shelves, that's been going on since like the start of the pandemic in Spring 2020. Marked prices are often very incorrect, as rising prices with inflation and unmarked changes make actual prices nearly unknowable... at least until items are scanned at checkout. There are some indications that this DG is improving, but imo it still needs some real work.

Supposed to have opened an hour ago. Girls standing inside playing on thier phones but the doors are locked with a hand written note on notebook paper saying closed. Smdh. Never again. I'll go anywhere else.

This store is a mess half the time all the workers are standing wright in front of the door smoking Are either on the phone while your trying to check out The store and the employees are a hot mess

Super slow, horrible service. Manager was wearing a necklace with a RIFLE BULLET on it… none of their equipment works, they said the scanner was not even working… Felt bad because there was a post man who had been working in the heat behind me all day trying to get a drink and he had waited 15 minutes to purchase his drink and had to leave in frustration to get back to work. Prices were all wrong, can’t believe I had to wait in that slow like twice wasted an hour of my day.

1 question HOW DOES THIS DOLLAR GENERAL AND THE ONLY DG STAY OPEN????? THEY ALWAYS HAVE A SIGN ON THE DOOR " SAYING CLOSED" or ""CHANGE SHORTAGE" or NOT ENOUGH STAFF. Like this is such an inconvenience for us frequent shoppers. I think the employees make their own decisions, bc they just or lazy and evil. This is sad

This store was a complete disaster, shopping was a challenge at best. I don't know why I thought checking out would be better. It was not. The cashier was nice and we took our stuff to the car. I looked at my receipt and noticed that all the 50% off items rang at regular price. I walk back in and was told by the team lead Tanisha that the 50% was only on certain items. After a brief conversation, I went back to my car and brought my purchase back in. Where the mgr (or asst mgr, he had no name badge) told Tanisha to return the sale items, and then rering them for the sale price. She turned and told me, that it was my fault as I should have been paying attention as it was rung up. I had a 2 yr old with me and was trying to keep him situated. I said as much, and said, it isn't my fault that your register didn't ring correctly. She was hateful and less than polite for the whole return and rering process. I will be calling corporate when they open tomorrow. This store sucks and I will never go back into it again!

This store is is complete mess almost every time I go in there. Today when I went in the store one of the workers left a random cart in my way. It annoyed me they usually are out of what I need. Seems to be decent people working in there now. But a "Thank u " or "have a nice day" wouldn't hurt either.

This store is always a mess. The manager Tiffany is always rude. She has cussed at me multiple times. She has told me I cant use the dollar general go app in her store or I have to leave. She has refused to sell me things multiple times. She is very unprofessional. I have reported her and nothing has happened because she is supposedly the district managers "favorite employee". She is a trashy person and manager and should be terminated.

I shop here often, because it's close, but my experiences vary. Sometimes the store is a mess, and new product sits in the aisles, making it difficult to get to other products, and other times, everything is fine. Sometimes the employees are really nice & helpful, and other times they don't say anything to you. For the most part, it's a decent place! Prices are great! Their selection isn't always the best, but they have all the basics & more.

Still had shelf tags on two items from sale that ended the previous day as we were shopping. Refused to honor the price and acted like we were in the wrong for asking them to honor the price on the shelf.
