Courteous, professional, talented; Vitian has it all! She fixed up a cushion for me that had a defect from the manufacturer. She put in a spankin’ new zipper and I couldn’t be happier, she did a beautiful job. The price was right and I appreciated her kindness and prompt communication. If you need some re-upholstery work done, look no further!

Vitian’s did a beautiful job on a third (fourth?) generation chair. Friendly, grateful service. A larger, more well known, competitor didn’t seem interested; they never sent me the quote they offered to prepare. No fuss, no surprises with Vitian’s.

We brought in an old recliner that belonged to my late Father-in-Law. For the almost 20 years my husband and I have been together he would fall sleep in this chair everytime we visited his Dad's. He also slept in it as a child. It was in pretty rough shape and we were completely blown away with the job they did. It's so wonderful to have this chair re-done and have a little piece of my husband's childhood to hang on to. Everyone was so polite, and our entire experience was great. Thank you all so very much!

Wow, what a great experience I had at Vitian's. I was looking to purchase a small piece of metal tack strip for an upholstery project, and although Vitian doesn't sell upholstery materials she was willing to help me out. So friendly as well, I spent over 20 min. at her shop as she talked me through things to think about when tackling the work - as this is my first upholstery type project. Funny, personable - she sticks in my mind in the event I will ever need to have some work done in the future. I recommend giving her a try.

I took 4 sofa cushions in for new foam inserts. $300 later, I'm positive new foam was not installed because the cushions were just as broken down as b4. I told them when I picked up the cushions that they felt the same as when I dropped them off. They blew me off with a lame excuse. I ended up taking them to another shop, paid $20 less and the cushions are nice and firm. Expensive lesson learned.

I was very happy with this business (And I drove almost 2 hours to get there!). The owner answered all my emails extremely quickly, gave me a detailed price, and a realistic timeline to have the work done. Inside their office was very organized and clean, which let me know initially they actually take pride in how they represent their business. When I dropped off and picked up my items, I was helped with loading / unloading. My project was a bit of an odd one - re-doing a 30 year old boat interior (items were removed and dropped off to their shop). Good upholsters (or even efficient small business owners) can be hard to find - this business is a great one.

We had three chairs reupholstered. Erica was very knowledgeable and helpful as we looked through their many fabric samples. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. We couldn’t be more pleased. Vitian and Erica kept us up to date throughout the process. We would definitely use them again!

These guys are great. I had a couch and two chairs re-upholstered in white leather.. and they turned out wonderful.. great attention to detail..very clean and neat. I was late picking them up on a Friday and Erica came in on Saturday so I could pick them up and head out of town. Great small business that knows how to treat their customers..... Highly recommend!!!

I’ve visited this location on three occasions. The first occasion I brought pictures of a piece of furniture that I was wanting reupholstered. After seeing the pictures they were certain they would be able to take on the task. The second visit to this location I brought in the piece of furniture that I was wanting reupholstered once I got there they raise the concern that they would have a tough time matching the same color leather. Their solution was to reupholster using two-tone leather. Which was not an option for me considering this piece of furniture went with an entire set. Before my third visit I contacted the company and let them know that I purchased leather that was the same color and asked if they were still be able to complete the work. They assured me that would be fine for me to stop in with the chair. During my third visit the main person indicated that they haven’t done a lot of work with this high-quality leather and it would be about 30 days before they would be able to get started on the project. This comment concerned me and I asked her to show me pictures of recent work done on leather items. She showed me a chair that she recently reupholstered which had stitch marks showing and sagging leather. Her comment was that it doesn’t look too bad. She was incorrect; it looked awful. I loaded my item back into the truck and decided to take my business elsewhere. I feel lucky that I was able to dodge a shoty reupholster job. I would not recommend nor would I do business with this company in the future. I feel that’s important to promote local businesses but this is not one I feel is worthy of my business. ***Update: Since my original post above I have received personal threats from this company. Everything posted above is accurate and true and it’s unfortunate to be harassed by just giving a review of my experience from the company.

wonderful work. takes a bit of time to get your furniture back but is well worth it in the end. completely satisfied with the results. I suggested this to all my friends and family and they all go here now as well. friendly staff positive atmosphere. and the owner makes sure to touch every piece that comes through the doors.
