Best thrift store in Indianapolis, Indiana (IN) 2024

This store has gone down down down. Items seemed overpriced and merchandise was in disarray. Was thoroughly disappointed. Wasn't like that a year ago. Store has really gone downhill. Maybe you all need new management!!! ~DH3

I have been shopping at Goodwill at least 40 years. I have never had a bad experience until now. The cashier told me that my children's picture books were adult books. The title page clearly stated juvenile literature. She was very rude and argued with me. ~Susan

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I enjoy selling the items my girls no longer need in order to obtain new items that my son does need. I am able to wander the aisles while I wait for my items to sell and see what I need or can get. ~Allison
