We like Wendy's, but not this location. There was nobody in line and there were 3 people working behind the counter. But after waiting over 5 minutes for someone to take our order, we left without buying anything.

Something has changed, in a bad way, about this location in the City of Laporte in Indiana. The service has declined, the food doesn't taste that good anymore. The cleanliness is questionable. I wouldn't recommend this place to those I love.

NO CHILI FOR TACO SALAD AT 2:00 IN THE AFTERNOON...NO BAKED POTATOS AT 3:00 IN THE AFTERNOON ON ANOTHER DAY. NO GRILLED CHICKEN FOR THE SOUTHWEST SALAD TODAY AT 1:00...PAYED FOR EXTRA SALAD DRESSING AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE IT. TRIED TO STEAL PART OF MY CHANGE BECAUSE THE PERSON CAN'T COUNT. NO GRILLED CHICKEN FOR TWO DAYS IN A ROW IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON....WHAT IS UP WITH THIS PLACE!

I love Wendy's Vanilla Frosty. And now there Strawberry 🍓 Frosty is too Die For! So the next time you find yourself at Wendy's please try it, you won't regret it! The thing I see that needs improvement is teamwork and leadership. Because the last time I was there I was standing in the lobby waiting for 20 mins before anyone would come to the register to take my order. Which is completely outrageous when there were plenty of people working that day so someone should have been at the register taking orders. And another thing that is apparent to me is that the Drive Thru seems to take seniority above dining room orders. And the manager that was there needs more training on how to run a team. Because she let them do whatever and then no one knew what they were supposed to be doing so they stood there and did nothing. Other than that it was ok👍🤗

1195 for a cold double, salty old fries and large diet filled to top with ice... not to mention sign light out, and an order taker that my 5yr old grandson could do better and not mess up 4x... I know it's hard to find good help, but come on man...

I haven't been here in at least 2 years. Thought I'd give them another chance. Never again this Wendy's has been down hill for years. Other Wendy's are perfectly fine. It's just this one. Ordered our food cost us 36 dollars and some odd cents. Got home missing 1 sandwich. Had to go back . Showed the receipt ( only ordered burgers). Got sandwich went back home. Was given a spicy chicken sandwich ☹️☹️☹️. I fill this out, email, write letters, phone calls. I have NEVER received any response from them. I'm not ever going to this Wendy's again. They weren't busy and had like 5 employees behind the counter. When I went back for the sandwich. A lady was waiting. Said she'd been waiting for 15 min. Again NOT busy. Also we got cheese fries. Fries were good but cheese wasn't melted very well and real runny

Fast and good service. They did not mess up my order unlike most drive through fast foods do. And very fast even though there was a line of people in drive through before me.

Arrival time 11:35 a.m. My order was a bacon double stack, junior bacon cheese, and a large chocolate frosty. So sorry, only vanilla right now. Asked for a diet no ice instead. Received my order after paying, no bacon on the bacon double stack. Two strikes in one order. So done. Fight for 15 an hour wages and still don't care enough to try to give the customer what they ordered. Useless.
