Worked on pine lake for 2 weeks. And it’s been about a month. Still haven’t gotten my check. I called and asked about it, they don’t kno what happen nor did they try to make it right. This place is a joke. Definitely wouldn’t recommend working here part time or full time

How you 24 hours came to get something to eat you say you closed for a hour then tell me I’ll have to eat breakfast don’t like your breakfast only lunch so mad wish I was in Chicago this would never happen

I tend to have mixed experiences here. Sometimes the service will be good but the food is messed up or vice versa. For example, this morning everyone was fast and friendly but I ordered 2 sausage mcmuffins. They served it to me with one missing cheese and the other one had 2 slices of cheese. Another time I came a young kid couldn't find my order when I was paying. Turns out he cashed out my order for someone else. Then he rerang my order in but I was so far back in que he still couldn't cash me out. It was a mess. It really is hit or miss here. More consistent at the other location.

I have an allergy. And most of the time my needs and wishes are met. Sometimes, my McChicken will come with lettuce, and I can't eat the sandwich. Usually happens during rush though- so I just go when they aren't too busy.

They were OUT of egg McMuffin by 8am on a Sunday. When I asked why they made me wait in the long drive thru line without sending someone out to mention they were out, I was told "not to talk to me like that". Horrible service. I'll NEVER go back! Get it together McDonald's.

This location has been going down in quality for the last few months. Large fries won't even fill a medium box (yeah I had an empty medium box at home, I eat fast food too much, sue me). I will get additions that I am charged for and then my order does not have those additions. Store manager refuses to return calls to correct this. Check your books, you will not find my name anywhere on your refund list for the past 10 years, but at the point where I can't even get a free sauce cup, I'm no longer letting them steal my money by charging me for the extras I ask for and then not give them to me. Last order I purchased was a Filet meal and there was zero (no, I'm not just being hyperbolic) tartar sauce on my sandwhich, it was all inside of the box and on the outside of the box. I ordered pickles on it (which I was charged for) and got ONE pickle. I thought I said 'add pickleS' not 'add pickle'. I also added slivered onions and got 2 slices of onion. I ordered lettuce and got none - all of which I was upcharged for of course (which duh I don't mind if they actually give me what I paid for). People working in the drive thru are always polite and the shift manager Angie deserves a raise because she is sweet, kind, and patient. She actually addressed my concern and apologized, unlike the GM that is too busy for a 5 minute phone call to make things right.

You know after working for one like i have in Westville Indiana... you become picky. John W. Used to be our district but then went.. and only cause i dont remember his 1st name but dont want to misspell his other name.. we were under the "THE GOV". SAM L. Was the manager. But after all that has happened, its really nice to come into a place especially full of young teenagers or men and ladies and be respected and treated properly. My order num was 104 Thanks again for your time, consideration and keeping Crocs mission statement believable. God Bless You.

They did not get my order right. We booight 2 Ceasars salads, wanted ranch dressing, didn't get it. Wanted frozen blue fznta, got orange pop.

Burger was hot and delicious. Service was quick this visit was pleasant they are getting the area Mc Donald's back on track the new owners are making a difference.

Double cheeseburger is always good with nice hot french fries. Ordered coffee and twice brought it back to the counter. Tasted bitter and burnt. Asked for a refund and manager said she would check their coffee maker and gave me a refund. Because they were gracious, I don't the $ to the children's fund at the counter.
