My experience at the La Porte store was great. While shopping for supplies, Holly offered tips to help me get the best results with my paint project. I highly recommend that location for paint and supplies. ~Caj

I haven't been here in at least 2 years. Thought I'd give them another chance. Never again this Wendy's has been down hill for years. Other Wendy's are perfectly fine. It's just this one. Ordered our food cost us 36 dollars and some odd cents. Got home missing 1 sandwich. Had to go back . Showed the receipt ( only ordered burgers). Got sandwich went back home. Was given a spicy chicken sandwich ☹️☹️☹️. I fill this out, email, write letters, phone calls. I have NEVER received any response from them. I'm not ever going to this Wendy's again. They weren't busy and had like 5 employees behind the counter. When I went back for the sandwich. A lady was waiting. Said she'd been waiting for 15 min. Again NOT busy. Also we got cheese fries. Fries were good but cheese wasn't melted very well and real runny ~Jennifer

Until the last three times ordering, I have previously been pleased with Jimmy Johns in Laporte. This time around, I received a rather lacking sandwich when I ordered E-Z on Lettuce, Cucumbers and additional Veggies but even the meat and primary veggies were extremely lacking. The order prior to this one, the delivery driver didn't receive and deliver half of my order. After the delivery driver came back, still failed to deliver my sides but at least brought my drink. The order prior to this, the order was completely wrong even though the receipt stated the correct order. I am unsure as to what has transpired over the past three weeks at this location but between the lack of attention to order(s) as well as the rude young woman as of this time around hardly has done anything to rectify the situations and at this point I would rather not order from this establishment of this is the lack of care that is being provided to customers at this time. The only positive that I can provide is that the delivery time(s) have been decent and the delivery driver(s) themselves have been quite pleasant to speak with. So, A+ on that end of things. I will not fail to provide positive feedback where due. I hope that in the future, better attention to detail and attitudes improve at this establishment. ~Aaron

Couldn't get paint match. New technology does not let you manually adjust colors (i.e. add a little more of one color to make darker, more blue, more green, etc.) Ruined 2 gallons of paint. Too purple or too bright blue. Employees tried to be helpful. Not faulting them at all. ~Teri

Julia was awesome. She went above and beyond to get me the best deal for my plan and a new phone with an awesome promotion that I wouldn’t have gotten otherwise (even though I was way overdue for that upgrade) she took the time to pair my watch to the new phone and patiently answered my questions! Thank you Julia and Verizon… your customer service is outstanding and it’s the reason I will remain a devoted customer. ~Tia
