This place is horrible don't rent from them my mom went behind on one payment because she was in the hospital, and the manager (who would not tell me is name) said he don't care he is running a business! DON'T RENT FROM THEM!!! No compassion horrible manager!

The store manager of the La Porte store has the worst attitude I've ever had to deal with out of any company I've ever dealt with on more than one occasion big tall bald guy has the worst attitude I've ever seen.

Worst customer service ever! Evidently they either are having a miserable day or just do not have communication skills. Seriously, these people need more customer relations training. I hope our conversations were recorded. This includes a female sales manager and a male manager. I hope they have someone more capable of running this store.

These complete rejects keep calling and showing up to my home stating we rented things from them. Well first off we don't rent from rent a center. Second I told them multiple times to remove me from their phone book and address book but did they comply? No. It would take someone with a brain to understand what I told them to do. One star is wayyyy tooo generous.
