Thomas! Thomas! Thomas! The guy was so great and worked for hours on transferring multiple devices from another carrier to them. He has a great personality and a joy to talk with. Every single person in there was a joy to talk with. Yes be prepared to wait if you have a problem like other people have posted. But with any problem it takes time to resolve the problem. Thank you to everyone there who chatted with me and helped the time go by. Would definitely recommend this place!

I just went and upgraded my phone. When we went, we were helped immediately, they didn't have the phone I wanted in store so it had to be ordered, it arrived in a few days, and I went in with no appointment and even though they were busy and short staffed assisted me in transferring all my data over and did it with a smile, nice conversation and many laughs! It was a very nice experience!

Mike provided excellent service. We ran into a few hiccups with transferring from my previous provider. Mike had the upmost patience and got things resolved and got xme on my way with my new phone. I couldn't have done this without his experience and knowledge. Would highly recommend Mike.

I came to the Verizon Store Saturday around 11a. They were getting very busy. When it was my turn Matt came to help me get the Samsung Ultra. Matt was very professional and patient with me when explaining all my questions. We never did get Tracphone to talk with us,they were where my phone carrier. Matt figured a different way to get the info that was needed. I walked out a very happy customer with my new phone and my same number. I also ordered a new watch which I picked up Tuesday night. Julia got my new watch up and running for me. Wonderful service from Matt and Julia, could have never been better Thank you so much Matt and Julia.
