This location is closed. They'll hook your car pick up and then once you get there you have to call their "help" line..and get it transferred to a new location. Don't go here!!

I am so pleased with my recent experience at Hertz. I was in and out of the door within 20 minutes. The prices are unmatched compared to other competitors. I was able to reserve a car the same day and later my insurance company had no issue transferring the reservation. 10/10 experience I am so pleased with my recent experience at Hertz. I had a reservation at this branch, I cancelled it a few days before it was due to be picked up but nevertheless on the day of the reservation I got an email with a rental agreement showing that I had picked up a specific car (Nissan Sentra). And they charged my credit card $369 for a car I never picked up. I logged into my Hertz account and could see that I had no existing reservations. I called the tol free number and was on hold forever. They claimed they would refund my $369 but it would take 5-7 business days. Then they said they would transfer me to the branch but they just disconnected me. Total SCAM.

This place is absolutely horrible the bigger lady krystal hunt who claims to be an assistant manger and the younger man are both absolutely horrible customer service I had a reservation for over 2 months when I arrived they just told me we don’t have a car and made it seem as if it was my problem they made no efforts to find a car they just sat and looked at me they just said go try somewhere else although I had an appointment at this branch it is a back corner little branch with 2 workers who clearly have no training and could care less about the company to do not waste your time or money at this place they bring down the whole hertz reputation horrible service I will never get a car from hertz again horrible serivce this branch doesn’t even deserve 1 star they could care less about the company and the customers whom ever owns this place needs to really check the quality of his employees it’s very sad to see. I have been going to hertz for over 20 years and never seen a branch this bad.

Having the worst experience with this rental place. My insurance"state farm" cover my rental car with them and when I pick up the car the guy ask me if I want to add insurance that is refundable when I return the rental. I returned it back and they charge me $540 and I went back to ask why. They told me they cant do nothing about it. They help you resume the paperwork for you and make you sign here and there and because is other ppl waiting they make you feel you need to rush it. I read other reviews and other ppl had this bad experience. I ask them is completly refundable and he say YES!!! , LIES!!! please please be careful, they doing that because they get commission selling those packages. I will never recommend this place, they are terrible in customer service, I can tell they hate their job . I wish they can hired nice people and with integrity.

My tale begins at the attached Ford dealership (which is a seperate company from Hertz, unbeknownst to too many Hertz customers). I drop my car off to be fixed, then patiently joined the line in the Hertz office to aquire a rental so I can continue on with my life. As they are preparing a rental for me, the employees mention something about not having another (car similar to mine- which is TINY), so they ended up providing me a dope AF Ford Flex! It was clean, it did not have an odar, everything worked perfectly! My family very much enjoyed the additional leg room and general space of the rental. A few days go by before I get the call from Ford that my tiny car was ready for pickup. Reluctantly, I go straight to Hertz after work. I waited (patiently, like adults SHOULD do) in the line of cranky people (older than myself, but not quite elderly). Finally, a few minutes after 6, my car is turned in and I proceed across the road to the Ford building to pick up my car. This next part is completely unrelated to my review of Hertz, but is somewhat relative to my experience.. I get into my car to find that the computer part was indeed replaced but Ford completely failed to ensure that it was actually functioning correctly (simply by touching buttons on my steering wheel). Whatever, mistakes happen, people have learning experiences. I am irritated at this point but remaining polite and understanding ( because I am not a rude piece of plop like some people). With my attitude tucked neatly into my scrub pockets, I trot back in to the Hertz office to find another accumulation of cranky, impatient, entitled humans. I sit there in line for at least 45 minutes, people-watching the zoo around me. Note: there are only ever two people working at a time. I imagine that is a company protocol or choice. Not a bad decision considering there is no guarantee of how many or few people will be showing up to Hertz to rent. This is my speculation, I dont really know. What I DO know is that the employees working are not to blame. I witnessed two employees busting their rears, giving customers polite, accurate, and quality service; taking turns running out and back in to check cars, propbably cleaning cars quickly if being dropped off, making eye contact with the waiting room guests and verbalizing their status and eta for the next customers. Here is the appauling part that I experienced: Adults and seemingly logical humans in the waiting area (watching the same two employees do the things I have mentioned) complaining like entitled 6 year olds about the slow service!!! WHAT?! These customers remind me of the type of people who treat their food servers/employees/family members like garbage. As a woman next to myself is complaining to a man next to her I could not help but butt in. She makes comments along the lines of these employees are slow and have no reason to be taking so long. I interrupted their conversation to inform them that I've actually been on the premesis for (over an hour at that point, will be two hours total before I get to leave). I told them that if they had been paying attention, that they would obersve two employees scrambling in the most accurate and professional manner to serve a room full of entitled a-holes who all believe that they are the most important thing in the room- all while smiling and not stopping for a break of any sort. My summery of Hertz service is that my expectations of service were exceeded, however, at the expense of my faith in humanity. If somebody up the ladder is reading this- give your guys a substantial RAISE and maybe consider installing an idiot-box (tv) or something to entertain the swine occupying your lobby. You just might have less irritated customers or at least a group of distracted idiots. The Ford dealership service center was just updated with new fixtures, desks, tvs, and all sorts of eye pleasing comforts. Follow suit, Hertz, as you appear cheap and unconcerned about providing "pleasurable experience". Good thing your employees make up for that!

Incredibly poor customer service. We reserved an SUV. When we got there, they only had sedans available. They promised they would charge only sedan price. Lie. When we returned it, they again promised they would only charge sedan price. Lie. Had to go to Hertz corporate to get reimbursed, and they were not exactly sympathetic either. Very disappointing experience. I would NEVER use this Hertz dealer again

I had a great rental experience. I reserved my rental online, decided to pickup my rental early and had no problem doing so. The rental associates were very nice. Serve was fast both check-in and check out. The price of my rental for 3 days was cheaper(half the price) of enterprise rental. I'm definitely using Hertz again.

I have NEVER been so disrespected as I have when dealing with Hertz! They really HATE their customers! My car was vandalized and was in the body shop. My insurance company set me up with Hertz. I made the reservation on Thursday...including pickup at the body shop. 48 business hours later, I show up to the body shop and they called Hertz. The Hertz rep told him that he was the only one there and couldn't come get me. I HAD TO WALK TO THE LOCATION!!! First off...it is NOT the customer's fault that your location is UNDERSTAFFED! Secondly, it is NOT the customer's fault that Hertz hires LAZY, SELF ABSORBED MILLENNIALS who only want to collect a paycheck! When I get to this location, I was given a FILTHY rental car that the rep only vacuumed. The car was physically dirty, had a remote that did not work to properly lock/unlock the car and the a/c made a grinding sound. COMPLETE TRASH!!! After the rep spent 5 minutes vacuuming the car, he tossed me the keys and told me I was "good to go". He failed to walk with me around the car and check for previous damage, etc. I ended up contacting Hertz corporate over the entire situation. An area manager called me and told me to go to another location. When I got there, even he could not believe the condition that the car was in and called it "unacceptable". I was switched into a larger vehicle at the same fee and (supposedly) given a $50 credit for the inconvenience and lack of communication. When I returned the car at the 62nd Avenue North location, I was greeted by a pompous idiot, who wanted to make me relive and explain why the Area Manager had to get involved. I will make a review of that location shortly. SUMMARY...DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ! GO TO ENTERPRISE! THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS PROPERLY!

I rent from Hertz every single month and have done so for over half a year. Every time I walk into the autoway ford Hertz, Eric is almost always there to make the process go smoothly. I often see how hectic they are and the nonsense they have to deal with when it comes to the actual dealership they are attached to so I know and understand when things take more time than usual. Most times my car is already cleaned and when its not, they are quick about it. Seems like an understaffing thing so that's no fault on the employees themselves which is why they still get 5 stars. Eric has fixed mistakes for me and been attentive when I rent with Hertz. I don't go to any other company.
