I was referred to NextCare Urgent Care by my personal physician's office since they couldn't get me in that day. NextCare Urgent Care in Avondale that I went to was immaculately clean. I did not have an appointment but was given care in a timely manner. The staff were friendly and professional. The doctor was very personable, professional and through. She explained everything to me to make sure I understood what might be going on in my body. I would go there again. I have also recommended them to my family and friends if they need urgent care to use this center.

I’ve been going to this place for years and it’s still the only place I’ll go. As soon as I got there I was greeted and taken care of. My doctor was amazing! Very sweet and kind hearted. Even though I was coughing up a lung she never made me feel contagious or like backed away, she always kept full eye contact and was very descriptive in what to do to get better. She also wrote in my discharge papers to make sure I wouldn’t forget, she didn’t just give me the auto print out like the hospitals. She walked through the steps to take at home with me one more time before walking me out and wished me the best. I could tell she really had my best interest at heart and wasn’t just trying to get me in and out. She really listened to me and catered to every thing I was telling her was wrong.

They were So Busy! My appointment was at 12 and I didn’t get out until 1:30. But the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and I felt like they genuinely cared for my health. They were kind and that’s what I really cared about. They treated me with kindness and that means more to me than a quick trip in and out. Also, school just started back up and this is the busy season for them so I can’t be mad for them trying their best.

Bella, in the front office, should stay focused on Her patients paperwork and learn to speak when spoken to. If she learns this, it would help eliminate Nextcare’s Aggressive Behavior policy, that is conveniently posted throughout the facility. Bella will invoke aggression with this KAREN-like behavior. The Front Office is also turning patients AWAY, by reiterating their ‘over an hour wait time.’ In Healthcare, the goal is to triage and treat patients. Due to the carelessness of the FRONT OFFICE, along with the inability to recognize emergencies, while reiterating wait times, my Son suffered a seizure while WAITING in a room. I have YET to receive a call from Urgent Care as to what happened? What injuries did He sustain? Where was my Son sitting, when He suffered the seizure? How many seizures were witnessed? Was Back office monitoring the patient? I personally spoke to someone, in the back office about the seizure disorder. And THIS here, is what happens when an Urgent Care acts as a Preventative Health Care Facility, allowing the front office to dictate patient flow.

Thank you Next Care for making the online registration process easy and user friendly. Thank you for the excellent healthcare and customer service. Constructive criticism on improving a success in progress is the wait time I checked in and registered on time 15 minutes early as advised on the online application, but had to wait 3.5 hours to be seen my consultation with the medical care staff was less than five minutes; there must be a solution to reducing the waiting room time to be placed in a room and seen I'm not sure if it was because you were understaffed, but 3.5 hours to be seen was a bit too much, so I registered for a virtual visit after the 2 hours i was told it would take to be seen, and I was seen virtually I only waited 45 minutes the visit took 5 minutes and I was done as I canceled the online regular appointment with the physical clinic I received a call half an hour later to inform me the provider would see me now. I was told 2 hour wait after showing up for my appointment, but in reality it was a 3.5 hour wait time. Next Care is very professional, thorough, and excellent health care provider, the wait room waitng time is the only thing that needs a bit of improvement. Thank Next Care your services are appreciated.

Today's visit was for a sports physical. I was able to book an appointment the day before. We didn't have to wait long to get to the back. The physical was thorough but quick. Normally our pediatrician completes the forms but couldn't get him in before they were due, so we are grateful Next Care made it so easy!

I was able to make an appointment online and got there on time. Only had to wait five minutes to get in and have a Covid test. They did the appropriate 15 minutes to get the results back. Saw the PA and she was very thorough of her treatment. And I felt confident that they knew what they were doing, and they were very efficient. I like the office and it wasn’t busy at all. I highly recommend it.

Fortunately, no one was here to cause a long wait to be seen. We were in a room and seeing a doctor within 10 minutes of arrival, however, I’m sure this was an exception. Exam and doctor genuine interest was very thorough and impressive. Will definitely opt for treatment here if necessary in future. Everyone cordial and efficient.

I don't like writing negative reviews but I think this one calls for it. We went in on 4/5 because I had an infected ingrown toe nail. I called ahead of time and they verified that they did provide that service. The provider came in excited ready to get it out and it was great. Sadly she couldn't get it out because it was infected and sent me home with antibiotics. She told us to make an appointment for Friday so we made one for Sunday. She wasn't there but no biggie, another provider came in looked at my toe, said it looked good, and that she won't take it out because they don't provide that service and said the other providers was wrong. I got confirmation from one provider and the call center that they do provide that service but the second provider was completely dismissive and I believe she just wasn't comfortable performing that procedure. Instead of setting us up with another provider she told us to make an appointment for a podiatrist for next week. I have called and they're all booked out until next month, the ones near me anyways. Extremely disappointed and I'm in so much pain I just want or out.

I understand they were backed up today but there were too many mess ups at the time of check in that further delayed my appointment I scheduled. My appointment for a rapid 15min covid exam became an entire hour. I stepped into the restroom and it was not clean. For being a medical facility who sees covid patients, I would think this is rather important. I don’t expect anything from this because the responses are just an automatic response from urgent care. I am just throwing it out there and hopefully the do better
