I brought my son here today. The doctor here is excellent. She listens to you. She's patient and kind. However, one of the assistants has bad bedside manner. My son has anxiety issues. The assistant needed to do a strep and covid test. She told me, "Are you ready to hold him down because I don't fight with children. I have other patients to tend to." He's 6. He's scared and he just tested negative for covid a couple days prior, but she insisted. After leaving, I realized someone else's insurance information was stapled to our instruction sheets. HIPAA violation.

I just left there because the front desk technician would not help me. Today June 2 at around d 1 PM, I came in tears because I literally could not stand the pain anymore. Unfortunately, I did not have my ID on hand. However, I had a picture of it and could provide all my personal details. I told her I could bring my ID once my husband was able to pick me up after the visit and even offered to put a hold on my credit card if there was an issue. She refused care. I had to walk 30 minutes to the next urgent care about to faint. I will never use this site again and I will be calling to make an official report. If anyone needs an urgent care in this area I recommend NextCare Urgent Care, you can check in online and theyre fast and friendly.

Not impressed. Went for a drug test for my new job and the guy that assisted me had a wish I wasn't here attitude. The worst part was when I went in the bathroom to take my pee test the toilet was disgusting and I was one of the first ones there to take my test. It appeared that it hadn't been cleaned in days. had toilet paper and old pee in it. It was very unsanitary and disgusting. you need to clean up your act. Our health is very important but you're not reflecting that.

Went in for a sinus infection. Had to wait at the counter for over ten minutes while the two girls were talking about hair style and hair color. This going on while they had my info and putting it in the computer. Nurse Practitioner comes in and refuses to even check me, states "We do not prescribe antibiotics until 10 days of symptoms". Which is totally wrong, I have over 28 years in Medicine and know for a fact this is bad practice. She then does not even address my other symptoms, does not even check my ears, throat, or listen to my lungs which were all in my complaint. She then walks out of the room. Terrible service, terrible health care. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Better healthcare in third world countries.

I generally don't write reviews but I am very upset over the lack of care I received. My family and I always go to this Urgent Care but never again. My husband tested positive for Covid. Within a few days I developed a severe sore throat. I went in to see if there was anything to manage the symptoms. The front desk staff and medical assistant were helpful/nice as usual. I got a Strep and Covid test. The Nurse Practioner came in and explained that both tests were negative. She then asked when my husband and my symptoms started. She handed me the papers and backed up to stand by the exam room door. I told her I figured I was too early to test but that was here to talk about my sore throat as it was difficult to talk, drink/eat or take meds. I explained it was so swollen In there that it was making me gag. I asked was there any meds that could help. Maybe a low dose steroid to help with the swelling.. She instantly got snarky and said we don't prescibe steroids for sore throats. I guess I upset her that I suggested a med. She told me to take ibuprofen and salt water gargle. She never examined me! No listenening to my heart/lungs, no looking in my ears or throat! She just stood by the door. I thanked her and left thinking didn't I just say I was having difficulty drinking muchless taking meds.. That day/night and the next day/night it only got worse. This was the worst sore throat I have ever experienced and I am 42 years old. I was taking the max dose of ibuprofen/tylenol every 4 hours and it wasn't even remotely managed. This was very concerning to me as I know that much meds isn't good for you. I was also doing the gargle and honey methods. The swelling was so bad my ears even felt clogged. I work from home and couldn't even sign on to my computer due to the pain. I couldn't sleep and almost went to the hospital over a sore throat. I thought I will try a different Urgent Care one more time before I head to hospital. My husband had to take me and explain my symptoms as I couldn't even speak. I got tested again. Still negative, but this time the Dr examined me. Listened to my heart/lungs, looked in my ears, felt my glands, and most importantly looked in my throat! He left the room and I sat quietly praying he could help. He came back with a prescription for a low dose steroid and antibiotics. Even though I was negative he could see my throat wasnt right. I got the meds and within 12 hours I was improving. Thank God. I have never experienced anything like this. I almost feel silly to say it's all over a sore throat. I am out pay from work but most of all I am saddened that the Nurse Practioner let me suffer for 2 more days when a simple round of meds would have helped me had she just looked. How could she not even look at the body part I came in complaining of? That is unacceptable to not even examine your patients. Please do better for your next patient.

I went here for a drug test for work a couple of months ago. I wasn’t able to get anyone on the phone before going so I couldn’t schedule an appointment or confirm if I needed one. They were almost closing when I got there but the young lady, Crysty, was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help me!

Extremely rude physician. Came in very sick with my mom and she had the worst attitude. Front desk ladies were alright but the two we saw in the back had the worst attitudes towards us. Can never find a good next care around here that have employee who aren’t at least a little bit nice and sympathetic.

I went for a simple random alcohol breath test that I was drawn for from work. When I got there, there was only one person in the waiting room. He got called in. I sat there waiting for over 45 minutes while the next three people that came in were called in and left before me. This was for a simple breath test. I did not need the physician. This is not the first time this has happened. It’s happened in the past also when I have went for drug tests. Also the ladies behind the counter should get another job since they look so miserable and act like you are a burden when you walk up to check in.

I had a work related injury and came in today as a walk in. I work in the medical field myself and I can tell you, it’s hard to find a decent medical office or facility these days that doesn’t just brush you off. The PA by the name of Scott Jonason and his assistant Deya tended to my needs. Both were very kind and extremely helpful. They effectively saw me in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. The world needs more of these two kind individuals. Awesome bedside manner!

This place has zero potential… the staff is what’s hindering me from even giving them even 2 stars. My appointment was at 8:30, I walked in and stood in line from 8:15 to 9am. Didn’t attend me until 9:10am and then seemed like they totally forgot about me in the room while the doctor went to write up my discharge paperwork . The nurse even came in 20 min later to clean the room and said “oh your still in here” yea no I’m just enjoying the view here… the receptionists are worse , they can’t seem to multitask at all. they took 30 min on one individual and had a line all the way out of the building . People started to leave and skip on their appointment . Disappointing
