I had set up an appointment a week in advance for a Covid-19 test from my international travel. I went to the clinic as scheduled only to find they are out of rapid test. Awww my flight is the next morning. Now what!?!? Customers beware.

Scheduled a Covid test. Parked in designated spot for 30 minutes and nobody calls or shows up. I go through the drive thru and they said my appt had been canceled, but they didn't notify me. Then I called to speak to customer service, they have a horrible phone tree that takes me forever to get through. Finally reach someone and she can't help, so transfers me, then during the transfer, hangs up on me. Don't go here! Find a place that will actually be there for your appt. Waste of 3 hours of my time.

Quoted wrong on the price of a blood test. Was told it would cost 60-80$ and received a bill for over 400$. If this were any other kind of business this would be illegal. Extortion is apparently acceptable business practice in the medical field as there is no way to resolve this problem without taking a credit hit. I would advise going to an urgent care instead of minute clinic.

I don’t know the name of the lady who checked me in I wish I had asked. She was blonde and had an accent but she was so wonderful! I hope she sees this review. She made this experience the best. I came in with so much anxiety because I had to get my vaccines and physical for school. She explained everything so well, was so informative, and helpful. She is what healthcare providers should be! She needs a raise lol. I’ll be coming to the minute clinic for more of my healthcare concerns! Thank you you beautiful angel ❤️❤️

If you are looking for maximum in civility, and disorganization then this is the place for you. It’s not going to be about why you are there, it’s going to be about money and every nosy irrelevant detail they can think of Then they will refuse to take your money but offer no alternatives for payment. CVS increasingly is more bother than value.

Took 6 full days to get a positive strep test back. My kid has been walking around with it for over a week now, infecting kids at school. Now that he feels fine they call with his results. 🤦♀️

Terrible service! The nurse wrote my husband's insurance information wrong and now I have a bill to pay! I tried to call the store but no one can help! That's ridiculous!!!! I'll have to pay $139 for your nurse's mistake CVS!!!!

This review is based on the service or lack there off that I received. As I am employed in patient care I am very patient when I visit other places so I know for a fact I did my part. I arrived as a walk in knowing full well I would be waiting which I had no problem with. I waited to ask a question and an older white woman came out and looked at me and turned. I got up and had to catch her attention before she looked me up and down and she said you’ll have to wait fifty minutes. I let her know it was fine but I had a question on if they offered the service I needed. She then finally answered me and the first thing she asked was how old I was. I was like 25 but that’s irrelevant to what I was trying to ask her. At this point I decided to leave and take my $80 elsewhere. Felt so judged by my age and honestly so ignored. The level of tone and judgement she displayed was no way to treat a patient. Hope this helps to improve her service as I can not imagine receiving any medical info by a person so cold and with zero interpersonal skills.

I was hesitant to go get my TDAP vaccination due to the other reviews, however, i had a pleasant experience. Prior to arriving at the minute clinic I scheduled an appointment online. Once there I checked in, which took approximately 5 minutes. There was no one in front of me, but due to previous reviews, O thought would wait longer, however, Once i was done checking in i sat down and waited for less than 2 minutes when i got called in. The lady seemed pretty nice and helpful. i forgot to get her name but she was wearing glasses.

If you go and an old women with curly hair and glasses name Elisabeth young is there run, I've never experienced such ignorance from a "nurse". I have long nails and so do many women, not having a machine to work around my nails to read my oxygen is not my problem it is yours. Long story short she gave me two options, I have my one acrylic nail cut off or she would call an ambulance because her machine was reading that I have 93 oxygen. I decided to pay 75 and go to next care urgent care who by the way has a machine to work with my nails because it is designed for children. There my oxygen was 97 and I got treated for strep which by her at home science experiment test she did came out negative for strep she was positive I had the flu well sweety I had strep and avoided a starting bill of 200 from the ER. Who ever employed her should fire her for her pure ignorance and rudeness and frankly for being a nut job.
