Rude lady, refused to give us service, she was condonsending , stinks of cat urine when you walk in. Homeless people living in storage units...not or never will be a place that I would recommend.

I had to cancel my online reservation because they couldn’t pick up the phone after so many attempts and trying with different phones to see if it was maybe just me getting denied. I never worked with Uhaul or this business before and it was about to be my first time. Apparently when I booked online, they were supposed to call me a day before my reservation and never did. So I tried to call when they open and gave it an extra hour along with multiple phone calls, and they refused to pick up the line. I’m sure I could’ve gone in person, but I can tell just from the phone not getting picked up that they’re unreliable. All I needed was just for them to confirm that I am still good to go to pick up my truck so I can plan ahead of time.

Be carful of their half filled truck tank and they fill it up to trap customers and them over fuel it and they IT’s all on you and will to either the gas back or your money back.
