I saw all of the online reviews and jumped onto our neighborhood FB page asking for a different place to rent a car. Dozens said they'd had a good experience here so I tried it. The owner was fantastic, upgraded me at a lower cost, car was ready before my reservation time, car was clean and in good shape. Hours are a bit limiting, but that makes sense for a small business. Price is average with others in the area.

Get ready for extra charges. First they tried to give us a smaller SUV than we paid for, then had to wait for the larger SUV. Left and the car had an awful rattle, returned SUV for another and they said, good thing they weren't charging us milage (for the milege we used to return the car!). Then after we returned it we get two charges, one for damage and one for a cleaning fee (neither are true, the car was not damaged nor dirty). Clearly a desperate franchise willing to take advantage of their customers for a small profit. DO NOT rent a car here, you will regret it.

Absolutely the worst rental car experience I have ever had. I have rented vehicles all my professional and public career. NEVER have I had a terrible experience like I just had from Budget. I'm going to make it my life ambition to let everyone know how badly this organization really is. I didn't read the reviews before renting because I never experienced this before. CAUTION, do not rent from Budget!!!! I will be happy to fill in the horror story of my experience of having my 169$ rental go to $700 due to a pickup location change!!!

*This review is for the company in general. I rented from the Budget rental in Dallas not CR.* 0 stars! I will never use this company and I will personally make sure people know my opinion of this company. I received a $33 bill on my credit card for tolls. I used the toll road for 1 day and the tolls could not have totalled more than $5. I was charged for multiple days after that. How can a company legally charge you for services that you are not using?! The agent never told me about their toll policy when we rented the car. I feel like this is an unfair hidden fee that is not fully disclosed at pick up. Now for the real kick. I just received a bill for rental damage for $362! I specifically told the woman at the gate upon leaving that there was already damage to the car. She even wrote it on the paper that was ours. Upon returning my husband restated that there was already damage to the car. I will not be paying this bill. Please do not use this company! Please do not trust them.

Be careful renting a car from here. Make sure you spend time reading every sign on the walls. We rented a car for a day, spent 2.49 to fill the tank and returned it after hours. They charged a 40.00 'convenience' fee because the sign on the wall says if you drive less then 75 miles don't bother refilling they will just charge you 9.99 a gallon. (Didn't even use 4 gallons). When called and disputed was told there is a sign on the wall, but they will return but it will take over 30 days. Last time we use this company. Be warned.

Who came to pick up our Suburban that we rented and they had given it out to someone else. I don't think it was their fault we had called Expedia and told them we were going to be late and Expedia said they would let them know and didn't. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful. He rented us two cars for the same price as the Suburban and then got us the Suburban the next day. It was a mess in the beginning but I feel like they really try to make it right.

When we picked the car up the guy was unfriendly and in a hurry. The vehicle was unclean, smelled like foot oder, and had trash from the last driver under the seat. Not only was the washer fluid low but the coolent was below the fill level. Your welcome for getting the car back cleaner than it was. Lastly the manager was unhelpful and blamed the issues listed above on DIA Budget Car Rental eventhough it was in his lot.
