My partner and I both had incidents with our vehicles on the same day and needed at least one car quickly. We called several different locations and car rental businesses around the Denver metro area and no one had availability. Doug got us into a car the next day and then a second rental later in the week. Our experience was great. They really took care of us and helped to minimize the stress that came from having both vehicles out for repair on insurance claims. We did try to complete the survey sent via email, but the link didn't work. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs car rental assistance. Emergency or not!

Mid November, I had made a reservation for a 5 day rental, had to wait an additional 5 hours the day of pick up due to no cars available. Reserved a compact for better gas mileage on a road trip. They did not have the car i reserved three weeks in advance First Wanted to give us a 2020 ford Escape that smelt like a smokers bar from the 80s off of Colfax. The gentleman argued that it didn't. Second they wanted to give us 2019 Toyota 4runner with over 100k miles that gets 17mpg highway. That's why we waited 5 hours for a Hyundai Sante fe difficulty was extremely high. Today I go in for a compact I reserved, and of course they don't have one only suvs. This place seems to not want to rent out cars and make it difficult to do so. The deposits are different everytime depending who's working the counter. And make you feel unwelcome and not wanted

Worst rental car experience ever. Would not work with me at all to solve a problem getting a car and straight out hung up on me when I asked them for help. Went to Avis down the street and had one of the best customer experiences of my life. If you’re in town, forget Hertz. Nightmare.

I wish I could give this zero stars. The customer service was awful. I’ve never been hung up on before, especially when I was trying to figure out the solution to a problem with the manager of an establishment, but that’s what happened. The people were horrible, don’t waste your time or money.

My auto ins. confirmed a rental for me around lunchtime on a Monday. Upon arrival here the following morning, I was told there were no cars available. Had ins. speak with the Hertz desk guy and was able to get a rental there an hour later. Apparently, a call to Hertz to confirm after ins.'s confirmation is also needed. After that, the rental and ins. payment to Hertz went smoothly.

Worst experience ever for car rental! This location charged $200 for interior cleaning, claiming there was dog hair in the car, despite the fact we'd NOT had ANY pets in that vehicle! Complete racket to try and bilk people out of extra funds. The only thing they were going to have to do was vacuum the dirt off the floors when we returned this (not mud, just usual pine needles and dirt from shoes). Felt more incensed at the fact this car wasn't properly cleaned and only had a half tank of gas when we picked it up. Nobody had been at the location at drop off (though they were supposed to be), so didn't find out about this charge until after the fact. Unhelpful when I called them directly. Had to go through Hertz's 800-number for billing. Huge hassle and frustration, but at least they were more pleasant to deal with and reversed the charge. Will NEVER use this location again, and recommend others go elsewhere.

Customer service was not satisfying at all. I waited to be helped for a good 15 minutes which wasn't a problem but when I got to the gentleman to be helped, the phone rang and he decided to help that person over the phone while I was waiting in front of him. Also I had this car for a month, and hertz won't put in floor mats in the rental which lead me to have some dirt on the floor. After the rep checked the floor of the vehicle he wanted to charge me $100.00 for a cleaning fee. I took the car myself and cleaned it.

I reserved the car before I came from MA. They really followed on my request to clean/disinfect the car at least a few hours beforehand since I have allergies to chemicals used in cleaning surfaces. The car was clean, well aired, no residue of any chemical smells. The even bigger surprise was that they gave me a better and bigger car than what I originally reserved. I was very happy with the service they provided and the product: the rental car. (Both staff members were very polite and helfpul.) Also, their price was lower than the prices offered by other rental places I researched ..... I was very satisfied with the place.
