Alright so I already left a review but I can’t stand this place. I’ve been scheduled on days they’re not even open. First of all I didn’t get a cleaning they bullied me for an hour and told me I would have to come back for a cleaning? ( kinda the whole point ??) I let the hygienist know I have gingivitis and I’m trying to reverse it and need a clean and some tips. anyways I was told I have periodontitis and that it’s not reversible and basically I can just treat for now. I had an appointment with smile logic today and MUCH better practice. The dentist there was respectful the whole time, listened to my concerns and when I told her I was told I have periodontitis she was taken back. She said I have gingivitis that is reversible and gave me a treatment plan. I’m disgusted with the staff of bright now

Paid $1000 out of pocket for a root canal and crown I'm stuck with that looks nothing like my original tooth. Told the dentist I could hear the receptionist providing sensitive info the phone: SSNs, DOBs, full names and addresses. Clearly not enough was done. I recieved a letter in the mail months later stating sensitive patient info had been breached. Every time I see this crown in the mirror I consider taking a nail file to it. Give me MY money back, you've made my life hell.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The ladies in the front especially Gabriela are always so rude and make it really hard to make a appointment. They have poor customer service. They are always so rude and leave me really upset every time I get off the phone with them. I have spent a lot of money in the past and just need my dental checkup and I will no longer be going back to them.

The doctors are really professional The hygienist is not personable and legitimately made me just feel uncomfortable and bad about myself. It was so unpleasant. I haven’t gone to a dentist in a couple of years because I’ve never had a good experience so I chose this place and honestly I cried after my appointment. She was not very nice and didn’t provide a lot of information either. I work at a medical facility and I would never be like that with my patients. Front desk also wasn’t very personable. The technician was great though she’s a sweetheart.

This office, Bright Now Dental in Thornton, CO. is Very cautious and very good with following through with my individual problems. They cleared up all my concerns quickly. Sheila ; Windy; and Both Dentist that work on my implantes were careful and use great technique in handling my new implants . I finished up with a cleaning witch now feels outstanding. Thanks to the whole teams work. It's is peachy keen results with NO excuses. Mr George Jewett.

I called and made an appointment for a cleaning and they said as a new patient I would be seen for my cleaning and then any additional work I could make a second appointment for. So on the day of my appointment I went in. I then waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk to even a Acknowledge i was there. After I filled out the new patient paper work they took x-rays and I had my mouth looked at by presumably one of the dentists there. They then told me I needed to brush more and floss even though I told them I brush and floss three times a day. I was then led to the front and told to wait for another 20 minutes. They called me back for a second time and I was seen again by a different dentist. This one said that I needed some fillings. The dentist then left and I was sent to the front to schedule the appointment. So not only did I not get a cleaning but they told me I had to make an appointment to come back for a cleaning and then make another appointment to come back for fillings. And the receptionist at the front tried to push unnecessary procedures on me for an appointment that I didn’t even have. They wasted my time and everyone was very short and not at all friendly with me. Service and customer service is so much better at comfort dental. I will not be recommending or coming back to this place.

As a new patient I was met with a warm welcome at the front desk. The whole office was very friendly and professional and took care of my issue (wisdom tooth extraction) with a lot of care and empathy for my situation! I would recommend Bright now! Dental to anyone with dental needs!

My facial filling had fell out so I emailed the office and set up an online appointment but didn't receive a response. I then called to schedule. They didn't have any availability until the week after. The day of my scheduled appointment I came into the office on time. They told me I needed to complete paperwork, then I waited 45 minutes before I decided to ask the office staff when I could expect to be seen. I was then told that my time was Unlimited, a term I have never heard of from a doctor or dentist office. 8 minutes later, they took me back and told me they had to give me a small x-ray and that they were not going to be able to complete the procedure because the doctor had 3 people in front of me. I explained to them that I was going out of my way and I drove an hour to get to the office. I also explained that I was disappointed with the communication because when I originally set the appointment I was told that I may have to return for the procedure but I was not told that I was going to have to wait an hour before I was seen and that supposedly this was an unlimited time frame. To add to my frustration, a doctor from across the way was listening to my conversation. She then told me that because I wasn't seen since 2018 I had to wait longer. I was extremely disappointed at that point because I was a returning customer and I chose this office because my original impression of the people and the treatment was extraordinary. Being a returning customer they should have made more effort to listen to me and communicate better. I left the office almost in tears. I directed the office staff to have my records sent to a different office and I have made the decision not to return. Unless you have unlimited time, no other priorities, and you are willing to wait an hour before you are seen this is not a clinic I would recommend. I didn't even get an apology

Terrible service within the same week (appointments were both Monday & Tuesday - June 2021). Made an appointment at 3:40p on Monday and I didn't get seen until 4:32p for x-rays then placed into a different back room to get a cleaning. For the cleaning I wasn't seen until 5:05p finally out the door by 5:55p! That's ridiculous!! The staff also doesn't care, from what I noticed in the past couple years the turnover rate is high. The ladies aren't always professional and give you a snarky attitude with some of the questions they ask you! Like really? This is your job, be professional! Tuesdays appointment wasn't any better. I made an appointment for ortho at 4:00p and wasn't seen until 4:34p? This place is terrible with holding their appointment times with no consideration of the customers valuable time! I wouldn't recommend this place and will be finding another dentist/ortho asap!

Polite and friendly staff, skilled and very helpful doctors. They are slightly over-booked but I would wait and go here rather than another dental facility that I tried before Bright Now! and never went back to.
