The dental hygienist was so cold, rough, and judgmental. I know I've neglected my teeth hygiene in the last year (between working full time and also running my own business) and didn't realize to what extent until my consult, but regardless, she looked absolutely annoyed that she would have to do her job by doing an indepth cleaning. I received no compassion from her or the doctor. They sat down, told me how bad my teeth were, and said bye. It felt so cold and all around unpleasant. As if going to the dentist wasn't already daunting to most people. If you want the experience to be even more uncomfortable, go to Bright Now! in Westminster.

My upper denture broke, So I called the office and told her my situation, and asked if I could drop my denture off to be repaired. She didn't hear a word I said I feel.She made an appointment for a week later. When I get to my appointment there is a new dentist that didn't know what was going on.And when they told me it would be another week before my denture would be repaired, I had to go elsewhere to get service.

Horrible dentist, failed a filling 4 consecutive times during an internal bleaching treatment he recommended. Laughable. Lesson learned, money wasted.

I was terrified of the dentist due to a horrible experience when I was younger, however due to a pretty increasingly dire emergency I couldn't delay any longer. I found Bright Now and explained my situation to them and from the moment they took that initial look to the end of the procedure 2-months after the fact, they have been nothing by fantastic! Highly recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went for my first visit today. The problem was that they were up charging me on what others have been saying about procedures that don’t need to happen & way too overpriced. I’m very disappointed in this place, because I thought I had finally found a dentist I liked. But that isn’t the case. As well, the staff was rude, and my hygienist was also rude especially when letting her know I had sensitive teeth. I will be finding another dentist.

Had an outstanding bill it’s been taken care but there collections agency will not stop calling me. Every morning 7:30-8:00am and then evenings. Love being woken up by these… There is clearly a disconnect between them and the collections. Figure this out bright now please.

The WORST dental experience I have ever had. I got my wisdom teeth extracted from them back in September and now come July they send me to collections for not covering the bill when I have the receipts and clearly paid my part. I called for help and was told that the insurance sent their part of the payment to the patient instead of the office, and they told me I had cashed the insurance check when I had not received anything whatsoever. After following up with my insurance company, I confirmed that the dental office in fact NEVER filed an insurance claim for my extraction meaning they had sent me to collections and hurt my hard earned credit score when they were the ones who had made a mistake. Instead of admitting this mistake, I was called a liar on the phone and was accused by the receptionist more than once of taking the insurance money meant for them when that was not the case, it was their misstep that lead to the lack of payment. I work customer service and I would never want anyone investing in my store to feel the way Bright Now! Dental has made me feel.

My initial appointment/consultation to get my wisdom teeth removed went well enough. I got my teeth cleaned and booked my wisdom extraction. That was the end of the positive experience. Before I decided to book the appointment for the extraction, I took extra care to be positive that this office accepted my dental insurance and that everything was going to process correctly so I could have a seamless experience. The extraction was in December last year, and here I am now in August still dealing with this mess. I initially received a bill from my insurance because this office did not file the claim correctly (very unprofessional). I had to jump through hoops to get their mistake sorted out, needless to say I was not impressed. I was told that everything was going to process correctly at that time. Months after that I am still getting calls from Bright Now Dental asking me for more and more information. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that it was an insurance issue, but I have never had these issues with my insurance before coming to this office. I would just like to put this awful experience behind me so that I can find a new dental office to correct the issues I had with the extraction as I will NOT be going through this office for any further dental work.
