The dental hygienist was so cold, rough, and judgmental. I know I've neglected my teeth hygiene in the last year (between working full time and also running my own business) and didn't realize to what extent until my consult, but regardless, she looked absolutely annoyed that she would have to do her job by doing an indepth cleaning. I received no compassion from her or the doctor. They sat down, told me how bad my teeth were, and said bye. It felt so cold and all around unpleasant.
