Let me preface all of this by saying I have tremendous fear and anxiety around dentists. Tears, combativeness, you name it. I will also say this location has really turned around in the last 10 months. I was previously not happy here and now it is a well functioning and trustworthy location! I started coming to this location in Oct 2021. At the time I did not find the office staff to be helpful or have any follow through. While the dentist did nothing to directly cause concern I was very distrustful of them and felt they were recommending unnecessary procedures. It took many requests to get a treatment plan and all I received was a long list of insurance billing codes that meant nothing to me. I didn't understand any of the recommended procedures or how to get started with them. In Dec 2021 I had to go to the Parker location for an implant surgery (which ended up being a very traumatic experience for me.) The follow ups in the Arvada office never gave me any info about what the next steps were. Fast forward to June 2022. There is new office staff and a new dentist. I reiterated my fears and the difficult implant surgery. I asked about how to continue with the implant and requested a new exam. The new dentist Dr. Kim is VERY patient, gentle and non-judgmental. She even suggested a few of the procedures previously recommended could be "watched" rather than rush forward with them. A few of the assistants are still around and they are friendly, caring and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. And the office staff is AMAZING! They are very friendly, attentive and took the time to break down my treatment plan to put it into understandable terms and my cost after insurance. I really appreciate them and I'm happy I gave the location another chance after the changes.

I was treated great the dentist was very good and explained thourally what was going on and what had to be done , the staff was very nice and professional, it made me feel better because I'm terrified of dental procedures over all great experience most definatly recommended

It took a while for me to get my appointment scheduled as I reached out several times and did not hear back for a while. However, I do know that a lot of people are having issues with staffing these days and I understand. With this said, when I finally got on the schedule and showed up for my appointment, everybody in the office was so welcoming and pleasant. My hygienist performing my deep cleaning made sure that I felt comfortable and calmed me down knowing that my nerves were way high. And the assistant did as well. They offered me nitrous and it was affordable and it helped my experience go smoothly. They were all very sweet and made me calm and comfortable. There was an issue with my insurance and it ended up being a pricey procedure but they offered me the CareCredit, walked me through how to apply and I was approved within minutes and now I have 12 months to pay off this procedure with no interest which is really helpful. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the people performing the procedure. My hygienist was named Charmay(unsure of spelling) and the assistant was Mona; both wonderful ladies.

I need a referral sent to an oral surgeon for my husband and I. Not sure how else to get this done since I've called several times for the past 2 1/2 weeks and nothing. I even had the oral surgeons office call and ask for a referral on April 26th and it still hasn't happened. My husband has discomfort and pain but this office doesn't seem to care. I spoke with someone in the Lakewood office today, hopefully she'll follow through and send it.

PSA, stay away and go somewhere else. I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned at 9 am. I was 1 of the 1st patients to show up and was completely disregarded that day. I waited 3 hours just to be rescheduled a month later. Even had the audacity to try and charge me that day for treatment I didn’t receive. I show up 1 month later and was treated only because the office is normally closed that day. They failed to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy. After my treatment I was charged for a cancer screening that I opted out for and never got. Front desk was supposed to call me about my refund and never did. I finally get a hold of them for my refund and they say it’s going to take 3 weeks to get. The most unprofessional dental office in existence. Save yourself, you have been warned.

Terrible front desk they called to schedule me when I was already scheduled, told me I was getting 4 fillings when I was only getting one, and then in another phone call mistook me for a different patient telling me my root canal was denied when I didn't have a root canal prescribed! No apologies. Saw the front desk lady move the dirty pens to the clean pens without cleaning them. Also did not feel friendly and welcomed both visits- I went twice first for x-rays and had to wait almost a half hour past my appointment time, and then for what turned out to be one filling. Had to schedule the cleaning for another time so I went elsewhere. The dentist herself was ok but did not explain everything very well to me, and had forgotten things she told me she would check into from the first visit. Tried to sell me $38 prescription toothpaste just go get stannus fluoride and gingivitis mouthwash much cheaper. Do not recommend. X-ray lady was good and why 2 stars.

My experience at Bright Now was amazing! Dr. Natalie and Michelle were both very engaging and listened to exactly what I wanted. They delivered on their promise and I couldn't be happier with my perfect spider partial. My confidence and smile are back, thanks to the awesome work done at Bright Now. I will never go to another dentist as long as I live in the Denver area. Thank you so much.

My teeth were not in the best condition when I first visited Bright now over 6 months ago. I needed a plan to correct some issues I had been avoiding/ignoring for some time. Dr. Shelor performed a thorough examination and explained my options. Heather performed a deep cleaning and had me back today for a cleaning and progress check. She has provided great direction on continuing to improve my oral health. Things are moving in the right direction and I owe it to this great group of people. Thank you!

Let me start by saying I'm NOT a fan of going to the dentist, which directly relates to some of the dental issues I needed to get resolved. Doctor Shelor put me at ease immediately. She explained the process and my options in a clear and concise manner. I appreciate her positive attitude and look forward to my next visit. Highly recommended! The staff at Bright Now has been great as well. Courteous and helpful - thank you!

They are all so very nice, welcomed by the front desk lady Jen who is super friendly and sweet and helps you want to be at the dentist by her smiling face. There doctor is so very sweet and takes her time and makes you not just feel like a number but instead she cares and explains everything so well I also got work done from the hygienist and she is also very nice and makes sure her work is down well and not fast and she great at making you feel wanted. I highly recommend this location as they make your unwanted visit to a dentist very welcoming and comfortable 😊 Thanks you guys Kayla Copple
