Stopped in to shop on 8/2/22 and arrived at store at 7:45pm. The store closes at 8pm but door was locked and 2 employees just stared at me while I was knocking. One employee laughed and left the storefront to go in back room. The other was counting down the drawer and then closed the drawer for night. She then came to the door and said “can’t you see we are closed” which I responded hours say you have 15 mins left. She said come back tomorrow as there wasn’t anything she could help with. I asked to just pay cash and keep the change and she laughed and said no come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager and she said “just shop tomorrow.” What’s really annoying is I drove 45 mins one way so 1.5hrs total and waste of gas to find out store closed 15hr is early and employees could care less. Employees were Mary and Julian but laughed when said their names so probably was a lie. Totally unacceptable to leave customers hanging that want to support your business. I will now spend my money at Nike you lost a customer!!!!!! Since when does a company say no to sales especially when it’s a loyal past customer!!!!

So many options on crocs! The staff is not very friendly. I asked about a specific product, I also asked if they could possibly order my size online because it’s pretty normal for shoe stores to order your size online she said “nope, you can do it yourself though” i felt like a bother.

My Mom is disabled and can only wear crocs. She's tried purchasing them online but can never find the right size. I visited the Thornton location to return and purchased several different styles. Some fit, most did not. When I returned feeling frustrated and defeated...Carrington was SO compassionate and understanding. She looked up my returns, recommended styles that might work and was an extreme pleasure to work with. She is very kind, patient and definitely restored my faith in customer service. With service like this they will continue to have my business. THANKS CARRINGTON!!!

They don’t sell shoes for kids size 4 or 5. The associates were rude and absolutely no help. I was told to shop online. I would stay away from this store and Crocs If you have kids.

This store has a huge inventory. I set foot into this store and it had more merchandise and was super organized compared to the flagship store in NYC at Herald Square. I had a fabulous shopping experience here. We found it very easy to shop for crocs clogs and charms. Shout out to the associates who work together as a team.

I cannot say enough good things about Carrington (name stated on receipt). She was the sweetest, most helpful person I’ve encountered in a while. After all of us being locked down, she was a breath of fresh air to encounter. To the manager at this location, she is an asset to your store. She took the time with my mother and I to ensure we found each item we wanted exactly and explained sizing and style. Thank you so much to her for being an amazing Individual, not just a customer service rep but an overall AMAZING person!

This is a new location for crocs and the mall (Denver Premium Outlets) is very nice. There were a couple of sizes out of stock in the colors I wanted...but just shows how popular they are right now! The boots were on sale though. I’ve been wearing my shearling crocs boots for 4 winters, my feet are cozy and the boot is so lightweight! The ladies were really helpful and they knew what was on hand. It was my first time going since it opened, and I’ll tell my friends in Colorado to check it out. The shoes do go a little high on the wall, and that’s where my size is—so I have to ask for help to reach them. I’m only 5’4” and the shoes are nearly at the ceiling. Wouldn’t it make sense to put the largest sizes (aka for tall people) to get? I think so :) Thanks for having so many charms available for me to grab for decorating shoes of all sizes!
