The woman there was rude and didn’t acknowledge us - even when my husband said goodbye as we left, she still ignored us and we were in there at least 10 minutes with no other customers. She did say hello to the next person who walked in though. Even though I wanted two pairs of shoes, I walked out without them and won’t return or buy their products again.

This is the only Cole Haan outlet in the state. They have a really great selection for the price. I found some shoes that I loved and they didn't have my size so they ordered and shopped then to my house. It was great. The only reason it gets four stars is because it's quite small. I feel like they could do with a larger space. It was incredibly difficult to navigate around other customers in such a tight space whilst trying to ensure social distancing.

You guys really need to update your hours.... I've been trying to exchange some shoes all week long and every time, you guys were closed before the time it's listed online and in your store. I even left work early one day and you guys where still closed way before your store hours.

Had to wait 20+ minutes just to do a simple return, and also when I walked in the employees just were standing around and no one asked if I need assistance. Will not be coming back to this store.

The staff in this store are rude , I walked in and the 2 employees at the register did not greet or ask if I need any assistance, or any have any questions.No other customer was in the store at the moment. No excuse for not to be Friendly. I won’t be spending money at this store.
