I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription and the lady was on the phone with another customer and she was being very rude and condescending and I just knew I was going to have problems with her and sure enough she treated me exactly the same way, and not only that but on my way out the front cashier was treating another customer poorly I can't believe management is letting this happen, no wonder this Walgreens has two stars definitely do not recommend coming here.

Went there to pick up something I ordered online only for it to be out of stock, I tried going back for a refund but the lady that helped me was extremely rude. Gave me a disgusting attitude when I told her about how I was still charged for that item, definitely not going back after that. Absolutely disappointed in the customer service. :(

I came in to purchase a few things and since photo dept. had no customers there I wanted to ask a few questions. I stood at the photo dept. and Maegan wa swirling. She acknowledged I was there but just continued in with what she was doing and did not say just a moment or anything. I waited and waited. Finally she came over very put out cause she had to answer a question. She was not helpful at all and She could not even tell me how much the single photos cost to copy. She just said they are different price everyday. I asked what they were priced today. She said she does not know. Very poor service.

I made an appointment to receive a Pneumococcal vaccinination @ 10am. I completed the appropriate forms online and arrived 10 minutes early as instructed. I waited far longer than I thought appropriate and at 10:45, they asked me to complete a form that would start the process. I left and promptly got a vaccine at Rite-aid without a reservation. Incompetent and inept is a kind description. Never again!

I've tried to pick my script up 3 different times. Either the drive thru was closed unexpectedly or the window inside was closed unexpectedly. Each of my attempts was made during posted business hours. Today, there were 16 cars in the drive thru and there was no room in the parking to get in line. I find it ironic that I keep getting texts asking me to pick up my script, but they make it impossible to do so.

My husband is a transplant recipient. Because of a change in our insurance, we had to have his anti rejection prescription sent to Walgreens. It's been 10 days since his prescription was sent by our transplant team. Last Wednesday stopped in and the pharmacist said that it was in resolution and could take a few minutes to a few hours to fill. I asked if there was anyway that they could at least give him an emergency dose because he was now out and this is something he cannot go without. The pharmacist was very dismissive and said he needed to bring in his new insurance card for her to be able to help. My husband came in 3 days later, after several calls checking on prescription( our regular pharmacist did give him emergency meds) and provided his insurance card, she said that did not give her the information she needed and it was still in resolution. He asked if there was any other options since it was now Friday and he was again out of meds. She was absolutely flippant and told him there was nothing she could do about it. After going back to our regular pharmacy, we found that we could have it transferred to Fred Meyer and pay out of pocket. This woman did not even present this option to my husband knowing the risk of him going without it. Please Walgreens do better! If your pharmacist are not willing to advise their patients, maybe it it time to retire.

Third month in a row that my prescription wasn’t filled at the time I was told it would be. This time I had to go without having any pills for a few days and was told off by an employee. I was treated like absolute garbage, then she walked away and just left me there waiting for her to come back for like 10 minutes and didn’t come back. Definitely looking for a new pharmacy. Wish I would’ve paid attention to her name so I could go to her manager.

Perpetually understaffed but the ones they have are mostly pleasant. Lucky to get my covid vaccine today even with making an appointment. I waited in line for over 30 mins and feel bad for those that didn't make it up to the counter in time. Also when I finally did get my injection, it was shot into my arm so fast, like a squirt gun and I have a huge red hot lump for the last 3 days. I will not subject my daughter to this when the time comes for her vaccine. Definitely go somewhere else.

Poor Medication and Insurance Management. So, for context, I really like(d) Walgreen's for an array of reasons. But today really has solidified my dislikes, and also my decision to discontinue supporting them. My son has had some ongoing issues, and needed some medication to resolve those issues. Me being the patient person that I am, I did not give the Pharmacy staff grief upon being told 2 separate times that my son's medications were not ready. I had his doctor send them over at 930/10 in the morning, they were not ready around 11 when I went, nor the second time after their lunch at 3 in the afternoon (well after their lunch time period was over). I was just informed they've been swamped, understandably. I have experience working in a retail pharmacy setting and can understand the pressures, the rude customers, and the hectic environment that entails. However, it is absolutely inexcusable to have to return to the pharmacy next day (to give any extra time that was needed to fill 2 static Rx- no mixing involved. Only selecting, labeling, and approval from the Pharmacist was needed) only to be told "We don't take your insurance, and if you purchase these, you risk losing your current insurance". As feedback to the pharmacy staff- you should be asking your customers, regardless if their order is ready or not, for their insurance if it is not provided on file. The fact that I had already come to the store multiple times the day before, you had to see there was not insurance on file, that I was a new customer or rather my son was, and I was not asked for my insurance once, is inexcusable and lazy for that matter. You know you are going to be busy, you know you are going to be limited particularly at night, so why are you making it harder on yourselves and your customers? Please do better. There is a pandemic going on, but that does not excuse doing a quality job to the best of your ability. Don't put people through this experience, you do not know the distress it can cause in someone's life.

A store with some great employees...but the store is usually "Under staffed." One area where they will maintain staff is at the "money box," the cash register so they can "ring you up" and take your money. But, it is often difficult to find someone to assist you in finding what you want. The pharmacy seems to be suffering greatly...back-logged and not getting prescriptions completed by the time they have said they would be ready. Then, when the customer grows weary of this and complains, at Walgreens it is the customer who is at fault for believing what they were told and expecting the order will be filled. After using Walgreens for over 30 years,...3 decades...I feel it is now time to find another pharmacy. And, while I am irritated at the decrease in good service, I am also saddend by it.
