So packed. Weekend before the kids go back to school I guess but the lines were ridiculous and they were out of almost everything. Credit to the employees though they were very nice and helpful.

Unfortunate size of the store limits their inventory. Customer service was underwhelming. Plenty of staff running around. But not one of them said even a "hello" let alone asked if I needed help.

I looked for a certain size and style of Nike shoe online before I went to this store. It said it was in stock online. I could not find it on the shelf when I got to the store but a young guy found out where it was located and brought the box out to me in a short time. While he was getting my pair of shoes another young girl offered to help me twice. You can not get better service than that. A+ service from Nike yesturday. 5 STARS NIKE.

I was looking for last minute shoes to finish the final touches on my teenagers Easter basket. Allison helped me from start to finish!! Very helpful, and offered many options when we saw the pair I was aiming for was out of stock. I was bummed but thankful for Allison! My son loved the pair!

Was sent to this store from the Lakewood location with a pair on hold. Only to be charged an additional $15 for the same sale pair. I’m told there’s a hideous pink stripe on these ones so we have to charge more. What? Then why are they only $50.99 at the Lakewood Nike store and $65.99 here? The same exact pair with or without the pink stripe is $50.99 at the lakewood Nike store. How much sense does that make? $15 more for the same exact shoe. Refuse to honor the sale even after seeing my receipt. Could only apologize and tell me the color difference is why they are unable to price match. Nike app CA is also no help. Thanks for ripping me off.

Love this store. Download the app for specials. Military discount of 10%. Always find unique shoes and sports clothing here. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Pro-tip- some some associates can check you out on their handheld scanners if the lines are long.
