Ordered food and was never delivered. I also tried calling their location and never received an answer. So essentially I payed for a sub and never got one. In a sense you could call it theft. Furthermore, this type of service is a desecration to the Charleston food industry.

Currently trying to cancel an order I placed over 2 hours ago… anyone wanna pick up the phone? Sandwich has been out for delivery over an hour and does not seem appetizing any longer.

Rude staff answering the phone. Called in due to order placed online which stated would be delivered within 18-23 minutes. Stated order would arrive by 1245. When I called the restaurant at 12:50, I was met with an abrasive tone. Told my food would be the next that goes out and it generally takes an hour. When I asked why the online order stated a shorter timeframe, I was met with "well you know how that is." Now, on my lunch break and rainy weather, I am without food. I will never attempt to order or patron this location again.

Working Night Shift I put in an order with a group of my coworkers at 9 PM, and patiently waited for my meal. 2 AM in the morning arrives and it’s time for my break I go to get my sandwich. 👁👁👀👁👁 i’m looking through the box and in our refrigerator looking for my sandwich and there is no sandwich. So I just said I’ll call them in the morning. I called this morning and spoke with someone that was not very helpful nor very understanding of the situation. I called two times before my next shift no help. I called one more time on my way to work and spoke with Chantel. She was very helpful, understanding and accommodating. Chantel offered to bring me a sandwich To replace the one I should’ve gotten last night. Chantel is the MVP of my night. Her Overall customer service was💯💯. Just awesome! Thank you Chantel for making my night.

I had a worker in the front of the house that was very polite direct me to the bathrooms. I opened the door to another worker in the bathroom who gave me a dirty look and shut the door on me. Good food, but wouldn’t want to come back if the same rude worker was working!

I ordered from this location due to it being the closest to my work. I called 4 times to make sure I was still going to get my food because they were closing soon. I placed my order at 9:50 pm (they close at 1)- never received my food. I was told by a gentleman at 11:55 that my food was out for delivery and should be there soon. I called back at 0040 and got no answer. Continued to call before closing at 1 and never got an answer. Very upset because I was told continuously that my food was coming.

Order took over an hour and a half. I know they can get busy but just called to check in nicely and guy was super rude. Sandwich was NOT fresh. Go elsewhere.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had with a food establishment. 2 hours for a sandwich from a place that’s around the corner from me. Not to mention the guy hung up on me after I asked him was my sandwich delivered. Never again from this location. Im a chef who runs restaurants so if this was my staff they would all be replaced.

The staff at this location was great. Everyone was very friendly. I got a veggie unwich and my daughter got the veggie on white. We both enjoyed our sandwiches and chips. Bathrooms were clean.

I have watched the quality of their sandwiches decrease over the past year. I used to think they were glorious and now all I get is a sad excuse of a sandwich. I tried to report feedback to the restaurant and never got a reply. I’m not sure if it’s a change in management or what but it is very disappointing.
