5 Best shoe store in Thornton, Colorado (CO) 2024

Stopped in to shop on 8/2/22 and arrived at store at 7:45pm. The store closes at 8pm but door was locked and 2 employees just stared at me while I was knocking. One employee laughed and left the storefront to go in back room. The other was counting down the drawer and then closed the drawer for night. She then came to the door and said “can’t you see we are closed” which I responded hours say you have 15 mins left. She said come back tomorrow as there wasn’t anything she could help with. I asked to just pay cash and keep the change and she laughed and said no come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager and she said “just shop tomorrow.” What’s really annoying is I drove 45 mins one way so 1.5hrs total and waste of gas to find out store closed 15hr is early and employees could care less. Employees were Mary and Julian but laughed when said their names so probably was a lie. Totally unacceptable to leave customers hanging that want to support your business. I will now spend my money at Nike you lost a customer!!!!!! Since when does a company say no to sales especially when it’s a loyal past customer!!!! ~TJ

I looked for a certain size and style of Nike shoe online before I went to this store. It said it was in stock online. I could not find it on the shelf when I got to the store but a young guy found out where it was located and brought the box out to me in a short time. While he was getting my pair of shoes another young girl offered to help me twice. You can not get better service than that. A+ service from Nike yesturday. 5 STARS NIKE. ~Carl

The woman there was rude and didn’t acknowledge us - even when my husband said goodbye as we left, she still ignored us and we were in there at least 10 minutes with no other customers. She did say hello to the next person who walked in though. Even though I wanted two pairs of shoes, I walked out without them and won’t return or buy their products again. ~Louise

This shop is amazing. Owned by a woman with a dream of one day owning her own shoe boutique because of her love of fabulous cute style in high heels, boots and sandals. Ava made her dreams come true and her shoe boutique is like the barber shop for women you can come in and talk and laugh and walk out with some cute shoes or body jewelry or even a cute shirt or hoodie. Prices are great and all that work in the boutique are helpful and pleasant. Stop in check this shoe boutique you won't be disappointed and you'll walk out with something cute. ~Renee
