Very cute merchandise and great sales, however their candle department has gone way down hill, very small selection, and the lines get way too long. For whatever reason hobby lobby has cashiers hand key in every product instead of scanning them and when people have shopping carts full of stuff and breakables that have to be wrapped....lines get ridiculously long. Either update your systems or have more cashiers readily available where it doesnt take them 2-3 minutes to get to the front.

I always find little treasures when I go to Hobby Lobby. Their pattern section could be better and the prices for the patterns are very expensive compared to on-line stores. But all in all, it's a nice organized store.

Watch your receipts before you leave this store. The cashier's hand type prices instead of scanning a bar code - I was overcharged about $10 on 1 of my 4 items (I didn't realize at the time because everything in the store seems to be some % off). My issue came when I tried to return the item and it didn't match up to the receipt?! There was no identifying numbers on the receipt that match up to the items tag. After being questioned by several employees and the assistant manager going somewhere in the back to check they finally realized it was their error... and gave zero apology for the overcharge or for the hassle of returning. Not a great impression for a new HL customer.

Great selection of model kits and all the accessories that make a model stand out above the rest. And a great selection of TCG cards. I'm also going to admit I buy my plain colored men's shirts here. What? They're comfortable and fit just right and can't beat $9 a shirt. Of course they also have great decorations for any living space.

I’ve shopped at Hobby Lobby for years and find it disappointing that the customer service quality has declined at this location. I went in for fabric and was looking around, then asked a young lady named “Lesley” for help with some fabric, she then proceeded with you can grab it yourself, which I did. I took no offense to that since I didn’t know you could remove the big 5 ft rollers off the shelf. So I grabbed it and placed it on the counter where she was and politely asked if she had a measuring tape. She replied with a simple “no”. I replied “ how does a fabric section not have a tape?” She then proceeded with a “why do you need it” question as if it wasn’t obvious that fabric is measured. So I asked her if she can at least check in a patient manner. She checked and handed me one and walked off. I did not say anything but left in disbelief of the rudeness I had encountered. I will no longer take my business to a business that doesn’t care for customer service.

I have a shop on Etsy called My Pane and this is all about DIY crafts. I have taken on oil, acrylic, water and sketches so this place is awesome for 99% of my supplies. I love the selection and always leave with more ideas than just what I went for.

Ive had multiple custom frame jobs done here, the framing dept is very professional and extremely helpful. 2 associates in particular helped me choose the right custom frame and matting for my wall art and an anniversary gift for my wife. but i will say, the checkout can be frustrating at times when there are 2 registers oprn and 4+ customers waiting, and the last time I was checking out, it appeared as 2 associates were having a personal conversation and it seemed more important than getting customers on with their day. The good, by far, outweighs the bad and wod continue to have frame work done and would highly recommend.

Good selections but took a really long time to check out because for some reason the cashier was having to manually enter item numbers even though ally items had tags/bar codes. It took so long that ppl started leaving the line behind me as if I was the one prolonging check out. I purchased items to make a homecoming mum, so of course there were several pieces for the cashier to ring up. Not sure if there was an issue with the cash register or out-dated method for inventory (or both) but definitely needs to be reviewed.

This is definitely one of the top places for arts and crafts as well as home decor. Good for holiday decorations as well. My wife is very creative with making our house cozy, and Hobby Lobby is one place she frequents. Customer service is excellent which seems to be in part due to good staff to customer ratios throughout the hours of operation. Good selection too. Prices are competitive. However, I wish they offered a military discount.

Love this Hobby Lobby! Their framing department is awesome. I give them my business all the time. I'm a cross stitcher and they do a good job. Think out of like literally 100pieces I've given them, I've asked them to redo 1 piece. The framer was new. They fixed it without any questions. These are just a sample of what they've done over the 7years for me. One note is that Hobby Lobby has changed their 40% of coupon policy & you can't use it towards the glass anymore. This is very disappointing. I use museum glass for my piece because I don't want my projects damaged by light or glass chemicals.
