Do not go there. Bought a gift card.the clerk told me it's None refundable that should have raised a red flag. Got home nothing on gift card. And that's not 1st times with Problems with this Walgreens. Too bad I can only give one star I would give none. Wish I can wipe my azz with this 1 star..

After being on hold for 20 min. Was told I need to call or come in every time to remind them to refill my prescription of many years being refilled there monthly to be filled as a blister pack & not a bottle, that not all employees read the notes in the system.

Today we went to this Walgreens on Wolf Rd. in Mokena purchased 2 types of thermometer and didn't realize until after we paid the cashier overcharged us. 1 of the thermometer was $39.99 and the 2nd thermometer was $11.99. The cashier had scanned the 1st thermometer for $39.99 twice. So we turned around, waited in line to have the price adjusted. The cashier asked me for my phone number the 2nd time when doing the refund, which she didn't the 1st time we paid. I had my credit card out ready for my refund. She then handed me the refund receipt so I asked where is my refund. She said I already gave it to you, in the form of STORE CREDIT. Why did I get a store credit when I just paid with my credit card 5 minutes ago? 2nd Walgreen employee came to help the 1st employee out. Explained to me that because when I paid the 1st time without giving my phone number and I return an item with a phone number, the refund will be in store credit. ???? Does this make any Fu....g sense to anyone? She then said this is store policy! Store Policy! According to Walgreens Return Policy on Walgreens website, it's stated clearly "With original receipt, items will be returned for the full purchase price and refunds will be issued in the ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. Talking about being Incompetent.

They've been closed the last few times I've went to the Mokena Walgreens. The general checkout cashiers have been unprofessional. I live a block down, but I'd rather shop at cvs in Mokena, after these recent experiences.

Went to get a flu vaccine and the pharmacist had an extremely nasty attitude with my father. Never needed an appointment in the past for a flu vaccine so we questioned why the policy changed, she explained in a very snippy tone. We wouldn't have been so upset if she explained it without the horrendous attitude. Will certainly not be coming back.

Horrid customer service. The pharm techs and pharmacists are unhelpful and do not listen. They want to get you through the line as fast as possible even when there are not people behind you . I have yet to meet a pharm tech here that is friendly and have heard them yell at multiple customers. It’s disappointing. If you hate your job so much then get a different one elsewhere. It’s not fair to your customers.

I went to Walgreens in Mokena today for a Covid Booster shot. ( I thought I made my appointment two weeks ago ) Upon arrival I found out, I did not have an appointment. The Pharmacist was rude and most unhelpful . I asked if I could still get the booster and she said “no , we are running 10 days out “ and did not offer to assist in any way !! So I went home to see HOW FAR out appointments were being made for this location, and was very surprised to learn that 7 appointments were available on Tuesday and 56 appointments were available on Wednesday and many for the remaining week . So I was VERY misinformed of vaccine availability. Guess I will take my business elsewhere and feel appreciated !

Doctor put in a prescription on Sept.24, but just had it filled only a few days before so it was on hold. Now that I try to fill it they say they need to call doctor for authorization. I try to call pharmacy and was on hold for 45 minutes without any contact. Time 5o find a new pharmacy. This place has gone down hill quickly...

Years ago used to be good service from store section and pharmacy section. Today it is not. Walgreens Corp today is mickey mouse mismanaged. AmerisourceBergen Corp. agreed to buy Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc.’s pharmaceutical wholesale businesses for about $6.5 billion in cash and stock, extending the U.S. drug distribution giant’s reach in Europe in January 2021. That will not help what can't be fixed.
