Best auto repair shop in Thornton, Colorado (CO) 2024

Made an appointment online for an oil change and a tire rotation but didn't get any confirmation by email or phone. Called them up a couple days later to confirm appointment. The person on the phone and the woman at front desk told me it'd take 2 hours, 3 worst case scenario. I went to grab a bite to eat and waited around for 3 hours. They didn't get to my car or communicate that they were behind. So took my car and left. I thought if you made an appointment, they'd work on your car at the time the appointment was for. Isn't that why you make an appointment? Slow service, bad communication. ~Fenrirspike

I took my truck in because it was not blowing hot air. I did my research and already had an idea how much it would cost to fix and the alternatives to fixing it. Prior to taking the vehicle here, I took it other places and they immediately recommended changing the entire heater core which is NOT cheap. Dale and I spoke and we agreed on an alternative of just cleaning the heater core which caused a HUGE improvement in the functionality of the heater. It is now blowing very well, even better than my other vehicle with no heating issue. He also explained that I will eventually need to change it, but I now have time to save and prepare for that expense. I'm a very happy customer. Service: Air conditioning ~Nisean
