Glenda helped me today. I am kind of lost when it comes to car stuff so she was more than helpful. I was greeted quickly and kindly by a young man behind the counter who was on the phone. Glenda then took me, helped me figure out how bag kind of oil my car needed + even double checked my dipstick to make sure I wasn’t incorrect and spending money on something I didn’t need. She is an angel on this earth. Lots of eye contact and really genuinely a kind person. She’s an asset to O’Reillys without a doubt. ~Tania

Great Customer Service! I went in right before closing and Jason took his time to go out and check my oil as I wasnt exactly sure how to. He explained to me how and than went in and explained the different types of oil than and got me the best deal. Thank you Jason for being so knowledgeable and patient. You probably saved my motor and definitely deserve to be acknowledge. ~Cat

Tall young minority gentleman drop your attitude We bought parts that were messed up. As seen in the picture next to another new one. They weren’t installed it is 90 degrees 7/2/2022. There are no marks on it. That’s why they are hot. Only issue ever had with advance after 20 years of coming here. Marc the store manager is awesome he is usually the one we try and deal with. ~Kurt
