Tall young minority gentleman drop your attitude We bought parts that were messed up. As seen in the picture next to another new one. They weren’t installed it is 90 degrees 7/2/2022. There are no marks on it. That’s why they are hot. Only issue ever had with advance after 20 years of coming here. Marc the store manager is awesome he is usually the one we try and deal with.

Tried to return some spark plug wires that I bought and the guy opened the box and told me that they were all greasy and did I install them and then I told him I never opened the box at all and I didn't need them and he wouldn't return so I had to go to another store which was no problem they refunded my money with no questions asked

The only r ason I gave them this rating is the parking lot is too icy where customers need to park to enter the store. Watched one fall today as he got out of his truck. They are super friendly and helpful with explaining what is wrong with your car.
