I wish I knew his name (came in on 1/28/22 at around 6:45-7pm taller skinnier with short black hair) but whoever it was he was awesome. Amazing geniune customer service, felt like talking with a friend. Shared some car stories and showed him a photo of this BMW on bags I used to have with a buddy back in the day which he was stoked to check out. If I ever am in need and in the area this will be the spot I come too; and that is thanks solely to this one employee's kind customer service that is so hard to find these days. **Management/Owner, he either needs praise, a raise, a promotion or preferably all 3. I'm good at reading people and could tell immediately he was sincere with his service. No doubt that he is definitely brining this location more business than someone who is just doing the bare minimum. I know in my case if it were not for him I would have only been a one time customer but instead I'm going to almost certainly be a repeat customer instead.**

Joe S. Was amazing today! Went in for a new battery after mine died across the street. When they went to replace it everything was corroded, melted and fused (it was seeming like I was going to have to take it in to a mechanic). After 30+ minutes he got it out and saved the day! Best customer service. It wasn’t a quick and easy replacement but he didn’t give up and for that I am so grateful.

I’d like to begin with, nobody asked me to do this! I want to think very, very much, Joe S! He was busy but continued to go above and beyond helping me! I had a slight issue and not only did he rectify it, he was very kind and extremely helpful! I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know! Thank you very, very much Joe S! I called because a battery I purchased less than a year ago from this location is faulty. I asked Kris if she could look me up and she was incredibly rude. She said I wasn't in the system and would have to call other stores to look up my account. She then put me on hold and I could hear her talking to other people for nearly fifteen minutes in the background before I finally hung up. I called another store and they were able to look me right away and help me. This one star is specifically for this location because of one terrible employee.
