I came here after a car accident for a rental. The staff here is friendly and it was a fairly quick visit even with the available vehicles being cleaned in between renters. I have been in contact with the branch manager who inquired as to my experience, questions, comments or concerns. He has been very responsive and is working on resolving the problems I have with the rental I was provided. Overall, I have no complaints in regards to this company, the company itself is well run (based on a few rental experience) and they try to take care of their customers. But as expected with rentals, nothing will be absolutely perfect.

Excellent service from Brandon at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Renting a cat for 2+ months is already stressful. But with the no stress service given by Brandon and his team was fantastic. Thank you Enterprise Rent-A-Car!!

I’d like to take a moment to recognize four outstanding employees within Enterprise. Two of them are out of the Antelope California office and the other two are located in your Las Vegas airport office. Their names are Jose Veronica and Brendan Gill (Antelope California branch) and Miranda Griego and Nouvie Johnson (Las Vegas airport branch). My family and I rented a vehicle from the Antelope location to head to Las Vegas for a soccer tournament at 4:00 AM. Before we left we noticed that the rear tail light and rear blinker was not operating correctly. We had to get on the road at 4:00 AM and did not have a chance to contact Enterprise and swap out the cars. At 8:30 AM (already on the road), I contacted the Antelope office and spoke with Jose. He advised that I could go to any enterprise and swap the vehicle out. We couldn’t find a location on the way that had an a sedan available. Jose advised that we could get into a bigger veh and they would cover the gas. We waited to get in town. We attempted to see if the vehicle could be repaired at a local Pep Boys but the issue was bigger then they thought. At this point we attempted to get a different vehicle in Las Vegas. Jose called serval Enterprise locations for us but everything was rented out and stores were closing at 3:00. He then advised that the airport (15mins away) would for sure be able to assist us. I called the airport and spoke with Miranda Griego and she was so helpful, kind and professional. She advise that we call her first thing in the morning as they should have a few sedans in for us. We called her at 9:00 AM and she said, yes we have a few sedans and for us to come on down so they can take care of us. When we showed up we had the pleasure of working with Nouvie Johnson which was calm, cool, and professional. She promptly got us into a new sedan with 15mins. As we were finishing up with wonderful Nouvie, Jose called me to check-in to ensure we were able to obtain a new vehicle. I was so shocked and thankful that he was checking in on us! Now fast forward to us returning home and dropping off the rental vehicle back to the Antelope location. We were able to meet and thank Jose in person which felt great!!! Then Brendan Gill took over to ensure we were fairly compensated for our troubles. He discounted our rental fees and covered some of our gas. He recognized that we had to go out of our way in order to attempt to repair the vehicle and swap it out when the repair couldn’t be preformed. I know that I have a long story here BUT these four individuals took their jobs extremely serious in providing my family and I with an ultimate customer service experience. For this I will continue to rent vehicles for my future travels through Enterprise. I wish I knew about renting from off airport locations sooner. There was no wait and the check in process was super helpful. I’ve had no issues with the car! The check in won’t go as smooth just because the later opening hours but I’ll work it out because it’s worth the effort.

Be careful about the extra charges that they ask you for protection. If you are there with a reservation code that was provided by insurance company and you have already the full coverage from your own company then it is not needed to pay for extra protection ( optional protection). Else they don’t let you to cancel this option by call or email. They only accept physical appearance at enterprise office. I had this bad experience there and when I asked them to let me talk with supervisor then they didn’t respond respectfully and no one called me back for this issue.

A couple of weeks ago, I had my SUV in the shop for collision repair. My insurance cover the cost of a rental vehicle and referred my to Enterprise. On the day of my rental pickup, everything went super efficient! The checkin process took me getting in a rental vehicle was less than 10 minutes! There was no lengthy paperwork to sign, it was all digital ( on tablet). Enterprise has streamlined the vehicle rental process but kept customer service paramount! Every staff is on the same page and made the whole thing pleasant for me! Great experience in my time of need!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I received terrible service at this location. I was charged the daily insurance without my consent, improperly refunded, and couldn’t even get answers from the staff when I called about my deposit refund (9 days after being returned). They are not all on the same page and do not give clear information when renting. I would NOT recommend ANYONE renting a car from here. Try another location, or STAY AWAY from Enterprise completely!!!
