Ebony was a great assistance. I had a recent surgery and she was able to find a vehicle that was easy for me to drive. The vehicle itself needed repairs to t he body, but did not affect the actual driving. I appreciate all that she did for me. She went the extra mile.

Reserved car online used an Uber to get here. They don't have the car I wanted but tried to upsell me multiple times. Waste of time and money. Edit: costing me an additional 80 fn dollars to get here for nothing and now I have to come somewhere else. Richards here, all of them.

Easy pickup, easy return. I used enterprise to get a rental car while mine was in the shop and they were courteous to me even though it was not my own insurance taking care of the situation. No issues with the car, and they were Easy to work with.

I was very happy with the seamless transition from dropping off my car at Caliber Collision & being picked up by a representative of Enterprise located at 4732 Auburn Blvd. Sacramento CA 95841. I was set up with a 2021 Hundai Sonata that I had for a week. When I picked up my car, I had accidentally left $ 30.00 of dog food in the back seat of the rental car. It was after hours so the next morning, I drove to Enterprise & Allison Robertson was able to check the vehicle & get my dog's food back to me. She was very efficient and kind about it.I would definitely rent from Enterprise located at this location again. I was impressed with the level of customer service that I received.
