Gabby was beyond fantastic!! This girl need to be the manager and run the place!!! Y'all give this girl a raise! 1st time renting a car (not through insurance) and she made the whole experience very easy and simple. We talked about different cars and what my family was looking for to help us on our trip. She was on top of everything. It was my birthday & 1st time traveling far with a baby. Once we picked the car that would fit our needs, she even made sure we felt comfortable in it. My sons carseat fit perfectly and was very easy to get him in and out. My husband who's 6ft had pleant of room and didn't feel squished like most cars and even said he really enjoyed the room he had! The drive was smooth, the AC felt nice, music options was good and loved that we could Bluetooth our phones to play our own music. The car was so nice, definitely thinking about upgraded mine now lol. Thank you Gabby for helping us and making sure our family was safe on our trip. Your the best and we appreciate you very much!!

Terrible experience Reservation was at 2:45 but waited till 3:15 same yet no one was here A few staff were just walking by and not even asking what I was doing

The car was dirty inside. Stains on the seats. Seat latch broken in trunk and was taped in place. I had to clean the windows inside and out. The car reeked of cigarettes. I used osium to get rid of the most of the smell. I had to buy a battery for the key fob, because the car only came with one fob,and I was told Enterprise did not have another one and they had no replacement battery. The oil change overdue light came on every time I started the car from the day I picked it up. Worst rental experience I have ever had!!!!!!!

seriously, Enterprise. Stop renting out unsafe cars. Maybe I need to inform my dealership of this before they renew their contract with Enterprise. I've sent you a text regarding this problem yesterday. Let's see if this gets resolved. Until then, 1 🌟

I was given a car that WREAKED of cigarettes and forced to wait a week to be able to return it. On return I was promised I would be given a ride back home after I dropped off the car which they weren’t able to do which is fine if they had communicated this with me. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend.

had to rent a car while mine was in the " C.C shop next door" after going through 3 different cars due to bad breaks and leaking tires Ifinally got a good rental for the last week of my experience😅 but the girls were so sweet i couldn"t get mad.

I usually have a good experience with Enterprise, but not being open on the weekends is new to me, I only rent cars for the weekend, now I have to rent a car for four days, and they can't even adjust the price to reflect that, totally ridiculous. The staff is always great, but I don't like this, I don't want to, but I will be renting somewhere else.
