Ebony was a great assistance. I had a recent surgery and she was able to find a vehicle that was easy for me to drive. The vehicle itself needed repairs to t he body, but did not affect the actual driving. I appreciate all that she did for me. She went the extra mile. ~Dorajane

I came here after a car accident for a rental. The staff here is friendly and it was a fairly quick visit even with the available vehicles being cleaned in between renters. I have been in contact with the branch manager who inquired as to my experience, questions, comments or concerns. He has been very responsive and is working on resolving the problems I have with the rental I was provided. Overall, I have no complaints in regards to this company, the company itself is well run (based on a few rental experience) and they try to take care of their customers. But as expected with rentals, nothing will be absolutely perfect. ~Diana
