This Dollar General was top dog when it first opened and stayed that way thru the year. Then it started sliding off and it is barely a 3.if the isles are cleared enough to get down bc of boxes, then they are out of simple things like rice. If you ask, chances are they look at one another as to say it is just a pain to get a question . bc usually they don't know the answer. The turnover is so fast, probably bc they don't make enough to pay child care. Get your retail brains to work and improve the store bc people hate that kind of mess and treatment.

Was never rude and was down right ugly to a customer the older lady food stampcard wasnt working and the cashier thru her stuff on the food and and threaten to call the cops on her that was un called for will never shop there again need knew ppl or they need to be trained better

The woman that works there named DIANE (blonde 1). Is awesome at her job. She is so polite, curtious and to honest. And she really knows what's going on with those coupons. She knows how to run that register and can help people at the same time. She's like the TERMINATOR when it come to her job. TAKE ON THE WORLD GIRL FRIEND!!!

I never have an issue here I do tend to get carded when buying cigs but only when its a new worker they are very friendly and have not had anyone be rude to me and I have went here since they have opens their cigarettes are over priced tho.

I love the people at this store! They are so friendly and helpful. Now, with that said let me give you the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. It's only because of the layout of the store. It has nothing to do with the service because I've been treated so awesome everytime I've been in! It's just a bit jumbled in there because they do have so much merchandise and only so much room. They do a good job with the space they have, though. I live closer to Mar Mac than Grantham but school has brought me to Grantham this fall and that's when I found this store. Our first trip in there the cashier was so nice, she was very attentive and sspent time talking with my 9 year old daughter. So much so that my daughter asks to stop in all the time to see her "friend" We met the manager next and she was just as nice and helpful. I will surely give this store my business when I am nearby!
