I regret buying replacement glasses from this company. Didn't take long at all for my progressive lenses to scratch while cleaning them. The prescription has never felt right. A few months after I bought them I received a bill for what they called an outstanding balance the insurance will not pay. They credited it after I called but i still had to waste 30 mins on the phone with them getting it removed. I will never do business with this company again even if it's the only place my insurance will take. If required I will cancel my insurance first.

I had to go back for a new prescription because the first one was wrong! I was told I was lucky I made within the 45 day window! It took a couple of weeks to get my contacts! So sorry I almost missed my chance to get my prescription fixed that was wrong!! I finally got my glasses a little over a month later and they are also the wrong prescription!! I asked if my contacts were the wrong prescription would my glasses also be wrong?! I was told oh no glasses are different! So now I have to make a third trip to get the script correct for my glasses and will have to wait another month for new glasses!! So two stars for clean place and some of your employees are nice and some are condescending! I was treated rudely over the phone and talked down to by the lady trading my contacts in for the correct prescription

Great experience getting an eye exam. Everyone was kind and helpful. Dr was very attentive and Celeste was very nice, despite it being pretty busy when I was in there. The only negative thing I have is that it’s hard/time consuming to just get a copy of your prescription after the exam and leave if you’re not planning on getting glasses.

The staff was very nice, if a bit unsocial, but the people experience was overall good. Having to wait thirty minutes just to pay the bill, and then told that the doc went to lunch in the meantime and cannot sign off on my prescription, was less good. Is it so hard to finish your current patient's visit before you leave for lunch? Doc was not back at the time they quoted me, so I declined to wait further and have gone home. I guess we will see if they actually call me back today, so I can drive back across town to pick up the script I paid for.

The store on Texas Sage Trail in Fort Worth really helped me out this week! I had a couple unusual problems with some frames. Not only did they fix them expertly, it was done super fast (and I had a major time crunch). Stacy, the new manager, has made huge improvements in customer service and the employees seem much happier. She is absolutely wonderful to work with! Brianna also helped me. She was very patient and cheerful and spent quite a bit of time working on my glasses. The store was very busy, but I didn't feel like she was rushing on my problem. I had a great experience! Previously, I dreaded going to this store. It just seemed like everybody was grumpy and working in a dungeon. Thank you, Stacy, for valuing your customers and leading with excellence!

Fantastic service! I came in to get a new prescription for eyeglasses first thing in the morning the other day, I was in and out within an hour. I can’t remember the women who helped check me out but she was amazing! The prices are reasonable, the variety of eyeglasses are great. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and a stranger

Dr Tunprasert was amazing. She spent all the time I needed to explain my options help me learn what was best for me. I had the best experience with her than any other O.D. in the last 25 years. The front office staff was efficient, attentive and friendly. The people checking me out were also very nice and knew what they were doing. It was crowded, so I had to wait a few minutes to check out but I did not have to wait more than a few minutes to see the Dr, so it was not a big deal. I don't know what is was like a few years ago but I would highly recommend them now.

Dr was nice. Staff was nice. $79.95 choices in women's not great. Then when I picked up my glasses they didn't even fit me with them. They handed them to me with a mirror. I've never had an eye place do that before. Now my glasses are so uncomfortable they give me headaches because are squeezing my head.

Too much wait time..I waited before my appt., which is normal. You need a new business model. They did not have my insurance info. ready, so another wait. I did not like that I had to wait in order to check out, and pay. After being seen by a doctor, I was ready to pay, and leave. I understand for the folks that want to look for glasses. You have signs up that masks are required in exam areas. This is not being followed by staff or patients. I didn't feel comfortable putting my face on any equipment. I didn't witness it being wiped down. I asked the pre-exam tech if she wiped it down, and she was very nonchalant about it. I don't think I will go back here. Doctors are great though. This is the Alliance location in Fort Worth. I use Western Center Eye care for my daughter, and that's where I will go next time. They are awesome!

Easy to set appointment. They are kind, professional, and interested in customer's need. Large selection of frames to choose from at really great prices. Optometrist was friendly and professional. The experience was pretty fast and everything was explained fully about cost of frames lenses, and options. I will definitely go back when I'm due for next eye exam.
