I think this place is great & helpful. They were wonderful in helping my husband knowing his spending limits with his insurance. I do have one complaint...As someone who has friends and relatives with Service Dogs, I think it was highly unprofessional for them to allow a lady to bring her untrained, obviously not a Service Dog, into the store today. I think they should've kept their policy and asked her to remove herself from the store or have the other person she was with stand outside with the dog. I really don't care if your dog is little, it's no excuse to bring in your PET. Emotional Support Animals and PETs do NOT have rights to enter NON-PET FRIENDLY establishments, that right is ONLY for a Service Dog!! Please be better.♥

All I wanted were my prescription details. I did not need nor want new lenses. Told 3 people, and they all told me to tell the next guy. Ended up having to pay over $100 dollars for a pair of lenses I don't even need.

I have been here several times, probably for the past 8 years or so and they're always nice & pleasant but today.... today I was 1st seen & helped by Destiny and she is AWESOME!! No awkward pauses, no rudeness whatsoever and she's so funny! Like literally we need more Destiny's in this world! If we all had her attitude and if we all treated people like she does this world would be such a better place!! Destiny, keep being awesome!! Such a blessing and pleasure meeting you today! 10/10 would recommend 💛

Called prior to even booking appointment verified and confirmed the acceptance of VSP insurance. Of course when I got there and checked in. I was told we don't accept that type of insurance.. you would think they would have a list of insurances they accept that is accurate instead of just telling people they accept it to draw business in. Without even asking they were going to add there membership renewal, I caught it and had to tell them no not at all. Thank goodness EyeWorks was down the street and were so gracious to help me become a new patient.
