I had a wonderful experience using the notary service here with Gail. She is the nicest and most knowledgeable notary I’ve ever had! I also wanted to add that this is a very safe facility with masks required as well as only allowing 4 customers in at one time! I will definitely be back if I ever need to send a package or if I ever need a document notarized!

Staff was pleasant and helpful. However, they did not inform me of holiday delays in shipping or being unable to guarantee overnight shipping times when asked on several occasions for information related to overnight shipping. As a result, my very expensive perishable package was over 6 hours delayed. UPS blames shipping agent and shipping agent blames UPS. the client loses!

EXTREMELY OVER PRICED, you can get boxes for a small fraction of the price if you drive 5 minutes away to the UPS store. I bought the same boxes for a total of $15 and at Mailbox Services tried to charge $102. I was told, in a patronizing way, that the boxes are so expensive because they need to ship the boxes to the store. Maybe I'm wrong but I think everything is probably shipped to their store since I didn't see a box production facility anywhere in the store. UPS store will also not give you a hard time for not knowing the exact dimensions of the boxes you need and will show you options. Mail Box Services does not have any boxes on display and has a long list of box sizes without prices. When I went to return the boxes (10 minutes later) because of the exorbitant costs after I price checked, I was told "I thought you would be back because you didn't know what you needed", right after I explained the boxes were too expensive. THEY ALSO CHARGE A $5 "RESTOCKING FEE" FOR RETURNS WITHOUT TELLING YOU.
