I order from Marco’s regularly. The pizza is great but over the last 6 months it’s gone down hill. Yesterday I placed an order online and after it had not showed up over an hour later I called the store. A girl who claimed to be the store manager, echo, answered and placed me on hold for 10min. When she did come back to the phone she told me that they were short on drivers and she didn’t know when I would get my order. When I asked her to just cancel the order she hung up on me. I called back and she let it ring once then picked up the phone and hung up again. I used another phone to call back as I wanted to verify my card would be credited and she lied and said it wasn’t her that hung up on me. When I told her she was unprofessional she hung up on me for the 3rd time. I will never order from Marco’s again and if you can’t hire better workers than this than maybe pay more than min wage. You have kids running a business and it shows. Do better. I want to add that I would have gladly picked up the pizza had I known they were short on drivers. Seems common sense to call customers who placed an order online and let them know you can’t make the promised delivery time. Instead you wait until the customer calls over and hour later and say you don’t know when I would receive my order.

Love the pizza but the call in automated service is horrible! Please get rid of it! Even when I try to tell the service what I want it gets it wrong and there is no bypass. Very frustrating to use.

We always have ordered pizza from Marcos since they opened and while the pizza is normal good. Here lately it's not worth the trouble you get a robot order system that can't ever understand your address followed by a 10 minute wait for a store representative. Followed by can you hold for 15 minutes. For you to hang up and call again for someone to finally take your order of two simple pepperoni pizza to be told your order will be ready in 50 minutes and none of this is an estimated time it's exact times the store is ran by kids who don't know the first thing about running a business it makes me question if the owner even knows or cares how their customers are treated

Update: Corporate reached out to me and visited the store immediately. I have hopes that they now have the tools they need to battle flies in the summer, as well as cleaning habits to go with them. I still can't eat from this specific store because of my personal experience, but had this incident not happened, I would still be a regular customer. The food is delicious and well made. If you're willing to chalk this up as a one time thing, or something that's bound to happen once in a while in the summer, then absolutely order here. ------ I feel so sick. I cannot ever order from Marcos again. And that's a shame, because Marcos had some of the most delicious pizza around. I hope they do something to address the issue with flys in their kitchen so no one else has to experience this. Maybe in a few years I can get over this and try again. 🤮🤮🤮🤮 They refunded me and offered to remake the food, but I cannot eat there again after this.

Okay so my friends and I bought a large pizza last week, half cheese and half with chicken and green peppers, and it cost us $16.16 altogether with taxes and delivery fee. It was really good and got there quicker than we expected, service was really nice. But tonight, we were only feeling a small pizza with all green peppers and chicken, but it cost us $17.98 altogether including taxes and delivery fee. For a small. On top of paying more money for way less food, it took over an hour to get to us. The delivery guy was very polite when we asked, but I don’t think I’ll be going there again. Pretty much $18 for a small pizza is not worth it.
